Awesome experience all around! I purchased a used 2009 Mazda 6 before Christmas 2018. The vehicle came as is- no warranty but that didn’t bother me at all bc it had low miles and ca I purchased a used 2009 Mazda 6 before Christmas 2018. The vehicle came as is- no warranty but that didn’t bother me at all bc it had low miles and cars.com said it was a good deal. I also read a ton of reviews online for the Mazda 6. I met with the salesman, Cammeron Kline, who was very professional and very knowledgeable. During the test drive, I noticed some things were missing on the car (sunglasses holder in the ceiling, ignition cover). Cammeron said that he would order these parts for me. The car was also a new trade-in and was filthy from the previous owner. That same week, I was able to take the car to my mechanic and keep for a day. I later returned it and told him that I am interested. Cammeron had the car fully detailed, buffed out all the scratches and was ready with a full tank of gas. I drove the car for 2 weeks and noticed that the airbag light was flashing. I made an appointment and Performance Toyota installed the missing pieces I mentioned earlier and fixed the problem with the flashing airbag light at no extra charge. Cammeron Kline and Performance Toyota went above and beyond to make this a great car buying experience. Thanks again. More

I have always been satisfied with their service and how the Performance team works with their customers. Recently, my car broke down and i had to have it towed. I needed my daughter to help me since i am hearing impaired and i am so grateful that she chose to have my car taken to Performance that night. I never had a problem with any car leased through Toyota so you can imagine my confusion about what could be wrong with a car with only 25,000 on it. To add to my confusion, neither my daughter or i could get to speak to anyone for an update on my car. What transpired after the Performance team realized our frustration shows me what is most important. A company willing to go the extra mile in making not only the customer happy but proving their expertise in servicing these cars. Performance will work diligently to find the problem and correct it. It took a few days for their team to complete the repairs but i had a loaner to use and my car looked brand new when i picked it up after giving my car some extra care. Many thanks to Kevin and Stacy for working with me to see that both my car and l were taken care of. I will continue to bring my Toyota to Performance. More

Professional price at mediocre service. After owning my car for the last 20k miles or so I’ve been to performance approximately 4x for service. Each time, there was an issue. My most recent visit for an oil change and tires was no different. After a lengthy conversation about tires, prices, and features, the incorrect tires installed. Fortunately the rebate was still honored. And I thank Erin for that. At this point the only reason I still use performance Toyota is because they are closest to me. At dealership prices I would expect a higher quality of service/work. Performance leaves a lot to be desired. More
