Called confirmed a car was in stock ( with their own stock # ) I was required to put a $500 deposit on it so I did. I left work to go pick it up. Get a call 2 hours later & say sold it!! Never even offered to locate another 4 runner. Took my business to another dealership and spent $44,600 elsewhere. Better business Bureau complaint to follow. Apparently no management at this dealership ever read the book . ( The Toyota way ) More
I had my 2 year old Toyota in for a recall and inspection. Service guy came in and knelt, telling me I should do $300 worth of maintenance items, can we do that today for you? It was fuel injection cleaner, cabin air filter, and refreshing the a/c vents. Anyone can get a bottle of injection cleaner for 10 bucks and put it in the fuel tank. Cabin filters are about 18 bucks and are an easy DIY. Refreshing the a/c vents means spraying disinfectant in the vents. No wonder they could do all that right away for $300. It's $30 in materials and 20 minutes of time. Sorry to see this dealership stooping so low to help themselves and pick customer's pockets. To add to the insult, the check out girl was unfriendly and refused to say thank you after I paid my bill. We need service departments committed to honesty, and it's hard to find even among Toyota dealerships. Driving home, my kick panel fell out below the glove box. Apparently they started pulling things apart to do the cabin filter, and didn't bother to snap it back in place properly. More

Why ask for a deposit if your not going to honor it? More

Horrible experience...BUYER BEWARE I bought a Prius from this dealership a year ago. They didn't disclose to me that there are issues with this car's bearings. 1 year later, it's driving rough and I took it to their Service department for repair--which they wanted to charge $2000 for, and would not honor the 15% coupon I had in full for...so now I am out the money I paid for this car and car shopping AGAIN. I will never buy from this dealership again, after how our family was treated. More

Awesome experience all around! I purchased a used 2009 Mazda 6 before Christmas 2018. The vehicle came as is- no warranty but that didn’t bother me at all bc it had low miles and ca I purchased a used 2009 Mazda 6 before Christmas 2018. The vehicle came as is- no warranty but that didn’t bother me at all bc it had low miles and cars.com said it was a good deal. I also read a ton of reviews online for the Mazda 6. I met with the salesman, Cammeron Kline, who was very professional and very knowledgeable. During the test drive, I noticed some things were missing on the car (sunglasses holder in the ceiling, ignition cover). Cammeron said that he would order these parts for me. The car was also a new trade-in and was filthy from the previous owner. That same week, I was able to take the car to my mechanic and keep for a day. I later returned it and told him that I am interested. Cammeron had the car fully detailed, buffed out all the scratches and was ready with a full tank of gas. I drove the car for 2 weeks and noticed that the airbag light was flashing. I made an appointment and Performance Toyota installed the missing pieces I mentioned earlier and fixed the problem with the flashing airbag light at no extra charge. Cammeron Kline and Performance Toyota went above and beyond to make this a great car buying experience. Thanks again. More
