Dont want to sell cars! More than 2 months ago I visited the dealer to look at a 2014 Suburban, I test drove it and had my trade appraised. I had to leave and my sales person at the time said he would call me back after the appraisal came back. No call back! so I called said he would check and call me back, no call! I called again the person that answered the phone tried to help, 1st thing he told me is the price is the price and that's it! I asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn't one working! So I have noticed the suburban is still in stock and I have made inquiries on line again with nothing. The question, do you sell cars? are the phones working? do you care? Before the store was bought out I purchased from that dealer all was good! So the truck has been on the lot for over 60 days I know It may end up at auction soon or discounted to sell. Not because he knew about my particul I would like to start by saying I finally can say I love my car. My sales person name was Mark and he was great. Not because he knew about my particular veichle because he did not. Also with his luck there was none there that I wanted and to make things worst one didn't even start. But he was always honest and everything we asked if he didn't know he would go and get us the answers. No matter if he walked back and forth over 50 times. But he was always fast with the answers and with a smile. To be honest I stated that if I didn't leave that day with a new car than I was going to another dealer. Yet because of his honesty and humble and friendly personable self my husband and I agreed to come back the next day and get the car I really wanted that they brought from another dealer. I have to be honest I am glad that we went to this dealer. This staff made buy a car a great experience. More

(I'm a young guy usually no one approaches me or thinks i am serious). i told bryan what i was looking for and the price range i wanted and they got it on the dot, not to much negotiating but it wasn't a hassle to lower the price. overall great experience the financing was quick and pain less no complaints. I explained what i was looking for in the Rouge as far as color and specs. He found one on the lot. We took it out for a test drive. Back at the office we negotiated a fair price for the vehicle. We also met with Stephen to show us some very interesting deals if we were to leave with a car that day. We were not ready to purchase a vehicle at that time, but he did leave an impression. Two months later, when we were more prepared to make a purchase, we decided to see if Performance Nissan still was interested in our business. When we arrived, JJ was with another customer and we met instead with Doug. Doug showed much professionalism and care. He included his story about his ownership of a 2015 Pathfinder and his love for his vehicle. My family felt very comfortable, because we left Performance Nissan with a brand new 2015 Pathfinder.
