spare wheel and tire I purchased my Nissan Frontier truck 9 months ago and contacted Ed Stackpole my sales person regarding my spare tire is missing after experiencing a f I purchased my Nissan Frontier truck 9 months ago and contacted Ed Stackpole my sales person regarding my spare tire is missing after experiencing a flat tire. He reported that they remove the spares to prevent theft and they may have it in their storage stop by and we will install it. The tire was not marked as being the one for my truck, and that mine looks to have been stolen as the hoist chain was cut . Since it could have been done before I purchased the truck Ed had it replaced and apologized for the inconvenience. I was totally blown away at the customer service I received from Ed and the service manager handling this issue. I would recommend Performance to anyone that wants immaculate sales and service. More
