They had an Audi A5 I was really interested in since they are really hard to find in good condition. Their price was good. My husband and I purchased a used car after 3 weeks I was called to return the car. Reason being was bc David thought my paystub were fraudulent I ensured him they were not and offered bank statemnets as pro called to return the car. David told me he was a private investigator that he was not with the dealership and I was NOT getting any of my money back. After 3 days of his threats nasty text messages and being harassed by him. He also contacted my local sheriffs deparment the first day and my local police deparment the sencond day. All along he of course never tried contacting my husband. I never said I was not going to return the car I simply said I would do so when my down payment refund would be ready. He also spoke about my past which I feel is irellevent and non of his business. When I returned the car he demanded that I pull into the lot after I walked into the building the doors were locked the salesman Ira then pulled another car behind mine to block me in. They called the police who stood by to ensure I received my down payment back. When I returned home 5 hours later a tow truck came looking for the car. David then sent me text messages with pictures of my past and spoke about my criminal history again. I have tried to contact the GM but I have been unable to get thru to him. I am a woman I would hate for any woman who is not as thick skinned as I am to be put in this position. This has been a horrible experience and very unprofessional to say the least. More
It's been over two weeks since we realized the car we bought from Performance that was supposed to be AWD BUT WAS FWD. FOR THE LACK OF ANY POSSIBLE SOLUTION. We live in the Maryland mountains. Extended Service Plan I bought a used car on 03/2018. Joe Debesa was the finance Mgr. Joe offered a extended protective warranty for 3 yrs that I declined but He said the w I bought a used car on 03/2018. Joe Debesa was the finance Mgr. Joe offered a extended protective warranty for 3 yrs that I declined but He said the warranty is a must and the deal cannot happen without this xx warranty. i asked what if I trade or sold car he said the warranty is transferable and I can get a refunded for the balance. I went by to the dealership on 07/2020 as i trade in the car. I spoke to Joe about a refunded for the balance of the warranty. He acted like he didn't care. He walk off and said there's no refunded on the balance of the warranty. So basically I pissed away $500 for nothing. this dealership is miss leading to customers to get their sales. Joe is a liar and a horrible person. this dealership is stealing for honest hard working people during a world wide pandemic !! DON NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!! More
Sold a car iwth Structural Damage I bought a car with them and 4 month later i found out that the car has structural damage, that means the car's worth NOTHING. I went there and told them that i knwo the car was sold "as is" but it doesn't mean that they can cheat me like that. They where rude and basically told me they won't do NOTHING to solve the problem... They keep showing me values of the same make and model stating that the car's worth more than what they sold it to me, like saying "you got it cheap so shut up!".. they "offered" trading it for a new car, but they would give me like $3000 for the car BECAUSE IT HAS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE!! it is pathetic how they deal with bussines and don give a f about the customers once they leave the showroom. More
