I have owned two ES 350 from this dealership in the last year and a half and they all had the same stinky smell coming from the left front fender after about 3,000 miles. Smells like heated up plastic and antifreeze you can't let your driver side window down while you're sitting still that's for sure it blows in and the one last year the ES 350 2024 had a smell coming inside the cab through the vents they said they could not see nothing smell nothing. I've had three of these 350 engines and they all had that same smell after about 3,000 miles one was a xse Toyota Camry. I see a lot on the internet people talking about it but I see nobody at the dealerships talking about it I believe it's a design flaw somewhere it's not coming from the surge tank cuz it's on the opposite side of the car. The smell has nowhere to go because of all the covering on top and underneath so it ventilates out the left front fender somehow, nowhere else. The sad part you can't put your left side driver window down and not smelling the smell which my wife has asthma and I have allergies and I think it affects us she's constantly coughing hope I can keep it long enough to get rid of it. I'm already lost more money on the first 2024 model training it back again I definitely don't want to lose 10 or $12,000 on this car. Which I will never buy another lexus. And I don't like a hybrid car or electric car so it won't be a Toyota brand which I bought 13 of them all together in my lifetime. More
I bought a used Lexus on 3/8/25. Andrew Wilburn was my salesman and he patiently worked with me for days. Absolutely the worst car buying experience we have EVER received! We have bought houses in less time and less screw ups! We spent three hours at salesman desk and paperwork was still not completed. I understand the salesman was new but there were several people standing around talking that had plenty of experience. They could have walked over to offer their help after the fifth time the salesman would back to them to ask for assistance! We’ve had the car a month, still no second key, DMV just called and told us the title is wrong, does not include both spouse names and name of the bank was spelled wrong. Honestly I could go on and on but hopefully my point is made! I do not recommend this dealership! A dissatisfied customer, don’t want to put our name bc I’m sure it would affect future service. More

The service department had went through it Thoroughly. Unfortunately there was likely just too much work out of pocket. Very nice car still. Had been taken care. I was impressed that they would not sell a car without being in excellent condition. More
