Received notice of recall, so I called Lexus RiverCenter for repair and was able to schedule on a day that was convenient for me. I was also very busy with family matters and they offered to come pick my c for repair and was able to schedule on a day that was convenient for me. I was also very busy with family matters and they offered to come pick my car up from my home. They came, gave me a loaner and then notified me when my car had reached the service center. After the recall situation was fixed, my car was returned to me - repaired, clean and shiny as new. This is the second time I have used Lexus RiverCenter for service or in this case, the recall. I have been very happy with every step involved from the initial phone call through to getting my car back, freshly washed. I highly recommend this Dealership. More
I am very disappointed in my first car buying experience. I bought a used car through this dealership. We went and looked at this car and it was dark out and the car was filthy. We test drove it and liked it I bought a used car through this dealership. We went and looked at this car and it was dark out and the car was filthy. We test drove it and liked it. So I bought it with Casey. They got the car detailed and cleaned up and we left, I wasn’t even 1/4 mile away from the dealership and saw the windshield was broke at the bottom. I did not go back because it was over an hour past closing. So I called right when they opened the next morning and told Casey about it and at this point we were texting because he went and asked the detailing guys about the crack. He insinuated that I was lying that his detail guys didn’t see anything. I took a picture right when I saw it to show how close in time is was to when we left the dealership and that it couldn’t have been from me. He told me to call my insurance and let them handle it even though it was like that before I bought it we just couldn’t see it because the car was so dirty and it was never stated anything was wrong with it. He also said there is another key to it and he would mail it to me because the key door was already locked since we were after closing. I texted him about the key and he said it only came with one. This is very frustrating and disappointing considering they took my money and business and that was it after that and insinuating I was lying. I did not appreciate this Lexus dealership at all and will not be returning again. More
Best experience in over 45 years of buying cars. Phil Booth is an excellent sales person. Listened to our needs and wants. He wasn’t hard sell or pushy just wanted to get us a car we’d be happy with.
