U Paul & Lynn have now assisted us with the purchase of two Lexus vehicles this year. They’ll both tell you that we don’t make life easy for them as demonstrated by the endless barrage of emails, visits & questions. Our interest in the 2011 RX 450h added to the paperwork in that we had to have our vehicle special ordered because we simply had to have it all. During the build process Paul & Lynn maintained contact with us in order to provide updates. This was genuinely appreciated & clearly sets your dealership apart from the competition. When our new vehicle arrived Paul called us as it was being off-loaded from the truck. He managed to have it cleaned up & invited us down for the official unveiling. This is another example of the little things that mean the most to us customers. We made an appointment to finalize the process & were able to have most of the details completed ahead of time with Rhonda’s help so that we’d avoid any last minute surprises. The new vehicle orientation with Paul was very thorough & he remained extremely patient as we had a ton of questions. He makes us feel like we’re special & important to Lexus RiverCenter family. Our guess is that you receive letters like ours on a regular basis complimenting your wonderful team but we wanted to make sure we shared our experiences because they did such an admirable job in addressing our needs & hanging with us during the two month wait. Betty & I will continue to recommend your facility to our friends & coworkers without any hesitation. We also want to commend your service team for the awesome job they did detailing our RX. It was impeccably detailed & ready for the Grand Ball. -2- Your wonderful staff is definitely the epitome of good-will ambassadors for Lexus & they consistently carry out your mission of making the buying experience customer-friendly. I went the the Lexus RiverCenter dealership to test drive and possibly buy a used 2008 Mini Cooper for my wife. I really enjoyed my experience working with the people of the Lexus dealership. They were both and possibly buy a used 2008 Mini Cooper for my wife. I really enjoyed my experience working with the people of the Lexus dealership. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly and were able to offer me a great trade in value for my old car. Paul went above and beyond as a salesman to make sure my experience was the best possible. Since the car was a gift for my wife he even let me borrow a giant red bow to put on top of it. Hopefully I won't be in the market for any more used cars any time soon but if I were to be I would definitely make Lexus RiverCenter dealership of choice!
