I purchased my new Lexus RX 350 back just before Christmas, the exact date being November 4th, 2010. From the first time I pulled into the lot at the Lexus River Center, Covington, Ky, dealersh Christmas, the exact date being November 4th, 2010. From the first time I pulled into the lot at the Lexus River Center, Covington, Ky, dealership in early October, I was treated with a pleasant and informative attitude. A very kind gentleman by the name of "Phil" had initially greeted me and was very helpful in giving my first introduction to such a nice dealership. On the second and remaining visits there to Lexus River Center, I met "Mary Lee Williams", who continued to be my sales representative there through my purchase on November 4th. Mary Lee was "the Best" ! Not only was she pleasant, kind and extremely informative in regards to my "multiple" questions prior to purchasing this car, she was also very "patient" with me over 4-6 weeks leading to my final signature ! This was the first purchase of this type ( and make ) of such a "quality" luxury vehicle in my life, so it was a big one for me ! I am in my early sixties and have recently retired after 44 years as a Pediatric RN. I rationalized with myself that this was God's reward for all the years that I hard cared so deeply for all His sweet, innocent and precious children ! Anyway, Mary Lee Williams, was "wonderful". I just can't say enough good things about her. To sum it up, I would describe her as being very professional, knowledgeable , efficient, non-aggressive, kind, patient, understanding, fair, and lastly, gave me the "space" that I needed to make my decision! She also went to great extent to get the final sale price down to an agreeable point for me and my husband. Plus, Mary Lee had worked hard to get me the best financing option, one that I was quite pleased with and that worked well in regards to my budget ! In regards to my service there after my purchase, it has been "excellent" ! Everyone is always friendly and helpful upon all of my visits there to this dealership. I am greeted with a pleasant "Hello" from everyone, from the sales personnel, the car wash guys and the front desk receptionists, to the kind gentleman who empties the trash ! The general manager there, Lisa Bernstein, is also sweet woman and a true pleasure to see and talk with at each of my visits there. And in regards to "Mary Lee", I have a treasured new "friend" ! The other day my wife and I were looking for another car and found the one we wanted at LexusRiverCenter in Covington. I had my car serviced near the end of 2010 with oil change and 30,000 miles service. Before I left Amanda told me the front brakes will have to be replaced before my next visit for service call. I called Amanda and made an appointment for 9:00 am, she said the front brakes will be completed and my rx 350 will be ready at 1:00 pm. She called me at 11:50 and said my car was ready, just to take my time and I got there around 1:00 pm. The price was fine, and the service was fast. I always recommend Lexus Rivercenter when I hear someone is checking for a new car. More

I have been going to Lexus for service on my RX300 for 5-6 years and from early on I knew when I had to get another vehicle,the only car I wanted was another Lexus.Ken,Mike,Justin in service have always m 5-6 years and from early on I knew when I had to get another vehicle,the only car I wanted was another Lexus.Ken,Mike,Justin in service have always made me feel important.Although my RX300 was old,any service issues I was having,they were treated by Lexus service staff with the same importance as a brand new Lexus.I always felt safe in my RX300 knowing the Lexus service Dept.evaluated and fixed my car.I have nothing but gratitude for the way I have been treated by Lexus service dept.So last month when I realized my 162,000miles on my RX were only just beginning to give me little problems here and there I decided to start looking at buying a new-used Lexus.I know for most people buying a car can be exhausting and anxiety producing esp. even myself experiencing stressful economic times.But I knew positively(esp. after being wrecked into two separate times)I wanted only to own another Lexus.The entire experience working with Barry Williams in sales was beyond comfortable,in my month long search,Barry was informative,attentive,understanding to my unique financial situation.He called me whenever a vehicle came about that I might like.So,finally Thurs. and Fri.
