Unfortunatly his assistent was out for the day and he had to handle calls which interupted our conversations. But it wasn't that much of an annoyance. They are not high pressure sales clerks pressuring you because they have a sales goal to meet. I was relaxed in the Customer rest area drinking tea and snacvking while they drew up the papers. Very relaxing !! I would deal with them again if they have another vechile I would be interested in. More

This was the easiest and most enjoyable automobile purchasing process we have ever experienced. Phil's knowledge of the product was excellent and was of great assistance to us with our buying decision. After the sale, Phil again demonstrated his superior knowledge about the automobile as he walked us through the operation of every feature in detail and answered all of our questions. Having Phil in this customer facing position as a Sales Consultant for the dealership and the Lexus brand provided us with an overall outstanding experience. I also want to acknowledge Rhonda, who did a fantastic job with the closing of our sale. We will not only recommend Lexus Rivercenter (and Phil and our IS250C) to our friends and colleagues but will definitely return for future purchases. More
I received expert customer service, I was greeted immediately and referred to the sales person that I had spoken with on the phone. Phil was very helpful and friendly, as was Rhonda, my loan processor! The transaction was fast and efficient. I purchased my new Lexus RX 350 back just before Christmas, the exact date being November 4th, 2010. From the first time I pulled into the lot at the Lexus River Center, Covington, Ky, dealersh Christmas, the exact date being November 4th, 2010. From the first time I pulled into the lot at the Lexus River Center, Covington, Ky, dealership in early October, I was treated with a pleasant and informative attitude. A very kind gentleman by the name of "Phil" had initially greeted me and was very helpful in giving my first introduction to such a nice dealership. On the second and remaining visits there to Lexus River Center, I met "Mary Lee Williams", who continued to be my sales representative there through my purchase on November 4th. Mary Lee was "the Best" ! Not only was she pleasant, kind and extremely informative in regards to my "multiple" questions prior to purchasing this car, she was also very "patient" with me over 4-6 weeks leading to my final signature ! This was the first purchase of this type ( and make ) of such a "quality" luxury vehicle in my life, so it was a big one for me ! I am in my early sixties and have recently retired after 44 years as a Pediatric RN. I rationalized with myself that this was God's reward for all the years that I hard cared so deeply for all His sweet, innocent and precious children ! Anyway, Mary Lee Williams, was "wonderful". I just can't say enough good things about her. To sum it up, I would describe her as being very professional, knowledgeable , efficient, non-aggressive, kind, patient, understanding, fair, and lastly, gave me the "space" that I needed to make my decision! She also went to great extent to get the final sale price down to an agreeable point for me and my husband. Plus, Mary Lee had worked hard to get me the best financing option, one that I was quite pleased with and that worked well in regards to my budget ! In regards to my service there after my purchase, it has been "excellent" ! Everyone is always friendly and helpful upon all of my visits there to this dealership. I am greeted with a pleasant "Hello" from everyone, from the sales personnel, the car wash guys and the front desk receptionists, to the kind gentleman who empties the trash ! The general manager there, Lisa Bernstein, is also sweet woman and a true pleasure to see and talk with at each of my visits there. And in regards to "Mary Lee", I have a treasured new "friend" ! Keep the great work guys ! And much "Thanks" to each of you, Ann PS; I "love'" my new Lexus.........and the free car washes !! More
