After months (7) of trying to obtain a Lexus, mine arrived a couple weeks ago. Part of the delay was due to the horrible natural disasters in Japan, but a large part of it was due to the ineptitude of arrived a couple weeks ago. The lack of communication from the dealership during that wait was mind boggling. Almost every piece of information I received about my car was through the media or other dealerships. My salesperson, although very nice, was not proactive in giving me information on what was, or was not, happening with my car. When I took the car in for an after-market install, they neglected to complete the job. I have to return again for them to do what they should have done last week. For a dealership that touts their excellent customer service, they really do not deliver. If you are contemplating a Lexus, I would advise you to search elsewhere. More

My experience with Lexus Rivercenter in Covington, Kentucky was indeed great. I was having trouble with my old car and I sent an E-mail inquiry to them because I had heard such good things about Lexu Kentucky was indeed great. They responded quickly and nicely, but I was busy at that time, so I decided not to go in. However, when the great interest rates were offered, Lynn quickly informed me and that was exactly the right time. We thought Lynn was wonderful. She was friendly and knowledgable. She met us on our level. She let us drive that extremely valuable car on our own for a test drive, even though she was very welcome to come with us. Paul Suchanek was great. He offered us a good deal and we left very satisfied and very happy about our purchase. I am looking forward to talking with my friend Marty who also had a great experience with the Lexus team.
