After months (7) of trying to obtain a Lexus, mine arrived a couple weeks ago. The lack of communication from the dealership during that wait was mind boggling. Almost every piece of information I received about my car was through the media or other dealerships. My salesperson, although very nice, was not proactive in giving me information on what was, or was not, happening with my car. When I took the car in for an after-market install, they neglected to complete the job. I have to return again for them to do what they should have done last week. For a dealership that touts their excellent customer service, they really do not deliver. If you are contemplating a Lexus, I would advise you to search elsewhere. More
