I traveled 2 hours one way, choosing to not deal with my 2 local Lexus dealerships in order to purchase from Rivercenter and Paul in Internet Sales. I had bought a Lexus from a used car lot and realized it needed new tires. The previous owner had lost the Lugnut key and the used car lot didnt have it and couldnt/wouldnt help me. After calling around to other parts places and dealerships to get a Lugnut key and not getting any help, I called the Lexus RiverCenter this past Saturday and spoke to Joe. He was very helpful and told me I could come right over and get a key from them. When I arrived I asked for Joe and he took me back to parts where Chris came out and checked my car to see which one I needed. I had the new key in less than 10 minutes and was able to get the new tires so I didnt miss work on Monday. I am very grateful for the quick and courteous service I received from them, thanks guys! I actually met with Paul to purchase for my father. Paul was incredible to deal with and took the time to listen to all the stories my 82 year father had to tell us. God love Pauls patience. Afterall was said and done, I challenged Paul to get me out of my lease early and put me in a new GS350. What an incredible machine. All the things I was dissappointed with back in 2004 have all been upgraded. It runs circles around my Cadillac CTS4 3.6L. Not even a close second. The automation in the car is amazing, with great response to voice commands. Who needs Siri with this car... Paul called me a few days later and said I think we can make it work. I didn't think there was a chance. Within a few hours I was at the dealership driving away in a 2013 GS350. No way any other dealership pulls that off! Paul was great from beginning to end with everything! If you want a Lexus or are looking for a great used car, buy it from Lexus Rivercenter - and just ask for Paul Suchanek!
