I recently found a Range Rover Sport on FB Marketplace and hoped to purchase it from the owner. She decided to trade it in to Lexus Rivercenter, to my disappointment. However, that was really my LUCKY DAY and hoped to purchase it from the owner. She decided to trade it in to Lexus Rivercenter, to my disappointment. However, that was really my LUCKY DAY! Serigne and Nikki worked with me on price and Jordan in service found an issue with the vehicle and is coordinating the repair with Land Rover for me. In the meantime, they will provide me with a courtesy vehicle. WOW! I am just amazed at how lovely this team is. I've always dealt with Land Rover Cincinnati, but the customer service I've received at Lexus RiverCenter has simply been outstanding. They're not just interested in selling me a vehicle, they're interested in making me a very happy customer, and I am. And, you can find a variety of luxury vehicles there, in addition to Lexus. Buying the beautiful car from Phil was easy. Brand new car came with a ding that was promised to be fixed. Dealing with the collision center was a nightmare. Two trips, hung up on twice. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Rivercenter Lexus, and I must say, beginning to end a terrible experience. I could highlight several issues and concerns, but I’ll focus on one, the Rivercenter Lexus, and I must say, beginning to end a terrible experience. I could highlight several issues and concerns, but I’ll focus on one, the forced extra charges. This dealership's shady practices and blatant disregard for customer choice left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of. First and foremost, let's talk about their insistence on selling a so-called "paint coating". This overpriced product, priced at a whopping $998 per vehicle, is forced upon potential buyers, regardless of whether they actually want it or not. It's clear that this dealership is more interested in making a quick buck than in providing genuine customer service. But that's not all. Rivercenter Lexus also includes a safety blinking third light on every single vehicle, charging an additional $499 for it. You can buy a similar module on Amazon for $20; yes, seriously. Once again, customers are not given a choice in the matter. It's as if this dealership believes they know better than their customers when it comes to what features they want or need in a vehicle; profit disguised as safety. As a result, when it comes time to close the deal, be prepared for to see these items on the line item sales agreement. No matter what the advertised price or agreed-upon price may be, you can expect to pay an extra $1497. It's a disgusting profit grab tactic that leaves customers feeling deceived and cheated. I strongly encourage you, I implore you, anyone in the market for a car to steer clear of Rivercenter Lexus. I feel their practice are unethical, including forcing unnecessary products, without the option to decline, on customers are clear indicators of a dealership that cares more about their bottom line than about providing a fair and transparent buying experience. Save yourself money and frustration and find a dealership that values honesty and customer satisfaction. More
