This is our second Lexus from Lexus RiverCenter. At RiverCenter, we were given concise, professional information on our trade in and new cars prices. We quickly arrived at a fair bottom line for our new 2014 ES350 Sedan. The people named in this review were all very pleasant to work with, helpful in addressing all of our questions and worked quickly to make the new car available. In fact, the car was completely prepped and ready to go late the same day. We enjoyed working with Bill, Kelly, Kevin, Frank and Kris. My Wife and I worked with Phil Booth on the purchase of our new car. Phil was outstanding and helped us find the right car for us. He couldnt have been any better and we would recommend him to anyone at this dealership. Frank Winstel was the finance manager who we worked the paperwork with. Frank was also great and very helpful working through the details of the deal and the loan approval. this was our second car/Lexus from this dealer and will buy my next one here from Phil. More
Bought 2009 accord 1/2013. New tires had flat spots on tires which only noticed at 60+mph. Had leaking timing cover which could have cost $100's but was luckily under warranty. Over the years we have dealt with Lisa Bernstein the GM as well; which has recommend Dave Ritchey; our sales person. He is a pleasure to deal with. Over the years we have dealt with Lisa Bernstein the GM as well; which has always been a positive experience. She places the highest priority on the customer. Any time we needed her help she was prompt and delivered as promised. We would have rated this dealership the highest had it not been for an issue with warranty service on our last lease that required three visits to get resolved, but when we escalated to Justin Lyman the matter was properly taken care of. Highly recommend this dealership. More

I had been searching for a new-to-me car for a little over a year. Nothing was wrong with my previous vehicle other than I was ready for a change so I was able to take my time and research as I waited pa over a year. After filling out a lead form for a used Lexus IS 250 I found on Autotrader, I was contacted by Ben Bruner at Lexus RiverCenter. Ben was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with all of my questions. Three days later I made the hour drive from my home to the dealership where I can confidently say I had the best car buying experience I've ever had. A big difference for me was that I was not hendered by 2 stigmas I had experienced at other luxury dealerships: 1) being a girl 2) being a young driver. I felt like I wasn't taken seriously at other dealerships I had previously visited based on those 2 factors. I did not feel any of that from Ben. He exceeded my expectations and made me feel completely comfortable during the entire process. Not once did I feel pressured or feel unsure during my time at this dealership. I have never had a car payment before as I had always purchased previous vehicles in cash, and Ben worked very hard to not only make sure we reached a payment plan I was comfortable with, but also to get the highest trade-in value for my previous vehicle that he could. I am beyond thrilled to now have my very first Lexus. I would highly recommend Lexus RiverCenter and specifically Ben Bruner. More
