The issue involved maintenance warnings on the dashboard display, that impacted ABS functions and the cruise control function. Although not from the area, we stopped in at River Center Lexus to seek assistance before continuing on our journey further south. The service personnel there were helpful, professional, and quick to diagnose the problem. They resolved the issue and got us back on our way-at no cost! Thanks to Will and Justin for their prompt and trustworthy assistance. This dealership is exemplary. Just wanted everyone to know! Their effort was appreciated. More

Each visit has been a great experience because now in 2017 and still driving the above mentioned car, my car is in great shape and mechanically just as reliable as a the new cars available. The service team has been right on the money when any item needed attention or fixing. This car has been the best brand which I have owned over the last 50 years for durability and performance, and still looks like it just came out of the show room. My Sales Advisor, MIke Massey and Service Manager, Justin Lyman and the rest of the support team have made me feel like an family member when I am at the dealership or talking to them on the phone. When asked about the Lexus and my experiences, they always get the highest recommendation from me. Keep up the great work you do for me and the rest of your customers. More

Using the internet, I did some extensive research on SUVs manufactured by Toyota, Acura, and Lexus. Research included dealer experiences, service costs, reliability etc. and I landed on a Lexus RX 350 because Lexus River Center offered me the best deal with no pressure to impulse buy. This is a rare commodity in my car buying experience. Mary Wiedenbein and Bradley Cloyd met with me at a time that was convenient to me and did not pressure me into making this large a purchase without taking some time to think about it. My experience with Lexus River Center makes me want to continue to partner with them in servicing my vehicle in the future. Their service reviews are exemplary! They go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service at the best cost to the customer. I would strongly recommend this Lexus dealer in the Greater Cincinnati area, including Dayton. Lexus River Center offered the best price as well as service. On a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 15. More
