I have purchased both used and new, using both service and body shop- staff is extremely attentive, great follow up and very personable. Lori Ritchey has gotten both my children in vehicles and her thorou and body shop- staff is extremely attentive, great follow up and very personable. Lori Ritchey has gotten both my children in vehicles and her thoroughness and friendliness makes the experience easy and reassuring. Absolutely the worst car buying experience we have EVER received! We have bought houses in less time and less screw ups! We spent three hours at salesman desk and paperwork was still not completed. I understand the salesman was new but there were several people standing around talking that had plenty of experience. They could have walked over to offer their help after the fifth time the salesman would back to them to ask for assistance! We’ve had the car a month, still no second key, DMV just called and told us the title is wrong, does not include both spouse names and name of the bank was spelled wrong. Honestly I could go on and on but hopefully my point is made! I do not recommend this dealership! A dissatisfied customer, don’t want to put our name bc I’m sure it would affect future service. More
Attentive. Honest from what I experienced. They have a vehicle I’m interested in that was going to auction. They offered the vehicle at a great price. Disclose Honest from what I experienced. The service department had went through it Thoroughly. Unfortunately there was likely just too much work out of pocket. Very nice car still. Had been taken care. I was impressed that they would not sell a car without being in excellent condition. More
Now that this dealership has moved to northern Ky, my experience was a bad one. I made an appointment and visited on May 10, 2024. I had my car towed because it had overheated the evening before. Nathan experience was a bad one. I made an appointment and visited on May 10, 2024. I had my car towed because it had overheated the evening before. Nathan was the service technician and Austin was my service advisor. I was sent the inspection video which I still have. I was told that I needed a new water pump, an new engine head, and that at least one of the engine valves had melted into its cylinder, which meant that I needed a new engine block. I was told that there were coolant leaks throughout the engine as well. I was told that estimated cost of repair would be $11,500! That’s eleven thousand five hundred dollars! I paid the analysis fee of $227, I then had it towed from Northern Ky and took it to another service facility close to my home. My new Lexus service provider also did an analysis and said the only leak and problem they detected was that the water pump needed to be replaced. They did the work and the car has run wonderfully! I purposely waited over a month of driving to see if any other of those “bogus” problems occurred and they have not. Shame on you Lexus of Northern Ky! You would have received $11,500 if I would’ve stayed there! I won’t be back there for ANY services again!. More
I was greeted promptly when I arrived and was escorted to the office of the Tony McCarty. The service took several hours and I was kept informed throughout the day on progress and suggested additional service. My car was returned to me freshly cleaned and Tony handled my paperwork efficiently. Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly, especially Tony McCarty.
