I'm so VERY DISAPPOINTED with Honda Service at Performance Kings Honda, the last three or four times that I taken my car there for maintenance it has been the worst service that I have ever had wi Performance Kings Honda, the last three or four times that I taken my car there for maintenance it has been the worst service that I have ever had with any of my Honda's. I would suggest if you need to have your car maintenance then find another Honda than the one at Performance Kings Honda. I lost a half of days work even with making an appointment telling the person on the phone what was going on with the car just to take my car there to be told that if they started to work on my car that I would not get it back until the following day, but hey we can rent you a car for 15.00 a day. This type of service is unacceptable. More

Worst experience in my life. Immediately after buying a used a car I had issues. Paid $12k for the car and ended up putting $13k for repairs. Finally got the receptionist to connect me to the Store Manager who said he would purchase the car back at a high resale value since he didn’t need to make money on it twice. After I fixed all the issues they offered me $5,000 less than resell value. They screwed me once and tried a second time. Will never step inside that dealership again and advise others to stay far away. According to most recent f the reviews I’m not the only victim of this shady dealership. More

Was told the wrong address on the phone. Was texted by salesperson for appointment which I confirmed the time. He said he would have the car ready to be seen. A little while later the sales manager texted me from the same number asking me to confirm. I confirmed. When on my way I sent text to the number that I was on my way. No response. Arrived that the location I was given on the phone. Wrong location which was ok because the correct location was just about a mile down the street. Arrived the sales person got the car and stated oh the engine light just came on. The car was filthy dirty. I test drove the car. They said the light was probably o2 sensor no big deal. Then I took the car to auto zone to diagnose. There was evap code and 3 ABS codes. Returned the vehicle asked them to look at it and call me in the morning if they could get codes cleared. Never heard a word after. About 4 days later I got an email from the General Manager asking how things went I replied never heard back. Day or two later sales person emailed me asked if I was still interested in the vehicle. By this time I have watched the vehicle climb in price by a couple thousand dollars. It was very evident it’s a sellers market by the lack of customer service. More

Totally incapable of resolving the problem they caused. They upgraded my wife's car with the 3g Upgrade for HondaLink back in January. The invoice indicates it was completed for the recall campaign 21-08 They upgraded my wife's car with the 3g Upgrade for HondaLink back in January. The invoice indicates it was completed for the recall campaign 21-085:6GB00. We assumed that all was well. Then we received a letter in the mail stating that our Honda Link services were cancelled because we failed the require upgrade before Feb 22, 2022. Since then all ability to access the Honda Link subscription services fails with the message that the OTA upgrade needed to be performed. We had the Honda Dealer attempt to correct it but the OTA cannot be performed after Feb 22, 2022 and that the dealer would have to install a new module. So far all attempts to get the dealer to fix the issue have been met with silence and royal run-around. This is totally unacceptable and the services dept seems to deny any responsibility for the mix up. More
We started at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain but I would never go back there. They tried to add on $7000.00 to the MSRP of a 2022 . We went to Performance Kings Honda and met Chris White. We agreed on a price in less than 5 minutes and we ordered a new CRV. We took delivery 2 weeks later and we couldn’t be happier. More

My name is Chris I purchased a used 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 from sal on December 28,2021 with 71,864 miles on it. I had the engine light pop on one time but I thought it was because I needed a oil change but I went but didn’t need it my oil was very clean. It never cut back on again until On January 26 2022 my car started shaking and just cut off and wouldn’t start back up. I got my car towed to the dodge dealership to see what the problem was. I thought maybe it was just a fuel pump gone bad. No they tell me that it’s a gasket problem and if they can’t fix it at the top then it’s at the bottom and that I will need a whole new engine which is going to run me from 10k-15k. I haven’t had the car 30 days. I did not get the warranty because it’s a scam and the dude that was doing it was rude as xxxx! But I called in and spoke with the manager Eddie to tell him the problem and did tell him I did not receive the warranty. But I haven’t had the car 30 days and this happens. He proceeds to tell me once it leaves there lot it’s on me to fix all repairs. I proceed to tell him that all car lots have a 3 month 3000 miles warranty and he said that doesn’t exist with them. All they can do is get it towed there run a diagnostic check for free and give me a total on how much it will be to fix the problem! Man I wouldn’t to jump through the phone!!! I spent 35k on a car that I haven’t had 30 days and can’t drive now!!! I recommend you guys have a mechanic hook a machine up to any of their cars and have them drive the car to your mechanic or a dealership pay that 100 to have a diagnostics check before you waste thousands!! I wouldn’t recommend them at all to even buy a car from!!!! But I’ve got the news involved and my lawyer so something will come out of this. Just make sure you guys go get their cars checked before you purchase!! Especially used cars!!! More
I went with my son to Performance Kings Honda to purchase a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT 8. Prior to me coming with him the salesman was trying to tack on an extra $10k to the already asking price of $36k. I a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT 8. Prior to me coming with him the salesman was trying to tack on an extra $10k to the already asking price of $36k. I told my son that $10k for a warranty was a rip off! I told him to shop around for an aftermarket warranty elsewhere. Well after having the truck for a bit over 3 weeks, he's sitting at a stoplight and the truck starts sputtering. Truck had lost power and would barely move. I advised my son to pull over and have truck towed to a Dodge dealership. Dealership basically says its going to need a new engine. I called Performance King Honda and spoke with David Valines. Mr. Valines told me that since my son didn't purchase a warranty there was nothing they could do because the car was sold "as is". How could you sell a car for $40k (with tax) that has no type of warranty at all?! I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the past few years and I have NEVER seen a franchise dealership sell a car without at least a 3 month-3k mile warranty. This dealership sells their cars "as is" to force the buyer into purchasing their overly inflated warranties! They double, if not triple the price of these warranties to fatten their pockets. The salesman along with the dealership gets a nice chunk of it. At this point I am livid because my son works very hard and this was a gift to himself for all the sacrifices & hard work he done for his kids. My next steps are to contact the media and anyone else whom will listen about this dealership! I will post our experience on a digital billboard as well as stand in front of the dealership with sign in hand, exercising my freedom of speech rights. I will make sure that they lose money and people know the truth about these crooks! More
