My experience at this dealer would have been a lot better if they would have followed through and fixed the problem that i asked to be fixed and was assured it would be. The picture of the vehicle clearly showed mats and carpet in the cargo area of the vehicle but when i test drove it they were gone. After being assured they would find the carpet and place it in the car while i did the puchasing paperwork and then was told before i left that it was done imagine my surprise when i got home and found that they had put a cream colored carpet in a car with had black carpet. I notified the salesman of my displeasure and that i wanted the carpet in the cargo area to match the rest of the car and he said he would fix it but it never was and no one has followed up to help fix the problem. So i probably would not go back since i have already purchased mats and will try to find the carpet myself. More

Once I did decide to purchase, he was right there to help and explain everything thoroughly so that I felt comfortable. I am a recent college grad and this was my first major purchase. I'm happy to say no one tried to prey or take advantage of my nativity as I've heard salespeople in the car industry usually do. Marcus was also very helpful and worked with me to come up with the best solution regarding my finances. I absolutely love my new car and believe it was the perfect but for me. My experience with Marcus and Kings Honda is one I will never forget and I will be sure to recommend this dealership to anyone I know, in search of exceptional customer service! More

I was very pleassed with the way Rob too care of me as a new customer, He answered all my concers and helped me to make the right descisions in the lease of a new car. Drove to Cleveland and all around for a week and couldn't get over the fantastic gas milage this car is getting. Ron was a very polite and understanding of my financial situation and put me into the best car right price for me. Never did was he a "Pushy Salesman" Always giveing me the options and advantages and letting me make the choices. I will always recomend Kings Honda to everyone I know interested in buyiing a car. I have never been treated so well at any other dealership. Darla walked me through the finance process so well that I didn't have to drive over until my vehicle was ready for delivery. I had called several dealers in preparation and Bob was the only one that gave me a TOTAL price w/ my trade-in on the ph an excellent price up front. When other dealers adverts state "we will not be undersold"< I found that to be not true.Since this particular dealership was offering a $2500 trade-in regardless of state of vehicle, the other dealerships I spoke with could not beat or even match that great price.Bob was quite accessible by e-mail or phone, he delivered my off-lot car within one day and kept me apprised of what was going on and where my car was. Bob offered advice post-sale stating I could come in later if I had any questions at all w/gadgetry etc.Bob does inspire confidence to the new car buyer as he knows the ropes of his business quite well. Tony Baxter was very professional and explained the vehicles we were considering. It ws easy to determine our vehicle of choice and our car shopping began. We returned to see Tony and take another drive after narrowing our field. He did not pressure us into making a decision before we were ready. Having chosen the Pilot, he was helpful and truthful in the buying process. It was easy to buy a car from Kings Honda. After closing my wife discovered she had left her CD's in the trade-in. received a trade allowance of 20k, only after calling a relative from a nearby dealsership to guarrantee the price; same vehicle is now listed on dealer's website for just under 29k--obviously a bad decisi relative from a nearby dealsership to guarrantee the price; same vehicle is now listed on dealer's website for just under 29k--obviously a bad decision on my part to allow such a disparity in value. sure it may not sell for listing price and dealer has to pay the cost of doing business and make a profit, but this proves they under-valued my trade unreasonably. secondly, i was left for huge chunks of time while the salesman went back and forth between me and management. this was blamed on a computer software issue, but cannot be attributed entirely to that problem. third, i have received 3 automated emails so far to which i have attempted to address these issues, and have yet to receive a reply. i cannot recommend anyone to this type of dealer unless, like me, the dealer has the precise vehicle that is being sought and the customer is willing to tolerate the aggravation to get it. finally, some personal property left in my trade, two remote openers, have still not been returned to me despite my prompt request. More
