The GM was more than helpful and very sincere, and more than tried to make everything right. I understand when buying a used vehicle, not everything will be perfect, but a Honda Certified Used vehicle is supposed to be a step above the rest. I took the car in and they re-did the Certified Pre-Owned check, fixed a few remaining issues. They also provided a rental car, I guess their normal service cars were all booked, so that was great service on their part. They were also going to give me the 2nd key that was supposed to be included. I picked up my vehicle today and everything seems to be ok. They found a very large stick wedged near the driveshaft that was causing the horrible noise. No idea when or how it got there, but the noise progressively got worse since buying. It now is fine. They cut a new key and had it inside the car ready to go. I got in and left the dealer thinking everything was just peachy now. The key they made for me doesn't work, I guess they just forgot to program the key. I can re-program it along with my current key on my own, but from forgetting to connect the windshield washer sprayers, to forgetting to check lighting in the car, and forgetting to check if the fuel door opened or not, it makes me wonder just what else slips through the cracks. I will continue to update my review over the next few months. PREVIOUS UPDATE: So far, this has been a pretty crappy experience. While looking at a Certified* pre-owned Honda, and finding oversight after oversight and flaw after flaw, the dealer agreed to fix the issues (simple stuff like map lights not working, windshield wiper fluid not pumping, etc.) After negotiating a semi-reasonable price for a Certified* Pre-Owned Honda with trade in, I paid and left the dealer, only to return 30 minutes later when the gas door wouldn't open (I've never bought a vehicle where the dealer leaves you on empty either), the windshield wiper fluid wouldn't pump either. Seems they certify things by making check marks on a piece of paper, not by actually checking anything. They also gave me 1 key for my vehicle, and 1 key to a totally different vehicle. It has now been 6 days and I'm still trying to get another key. It seems the minute I paid my money, any and all customer service went out the window. The nice pleasant helpful salesmen turned into your normal used car salesmen. I'm now awaiting a call back to schedule an appointment to get the car looked at after a horrendous noise has started happening from the front right wheel area, on the 4th full day of ownership. More

Of all the times I have dealt with car salesman, I have to say Gulia was the best I have ever worked with. I didn't feel pressured and she was eager to answer any questions I asked. She had everything ready for me when I got there, unlike my previous experience at McCluskey's where the salesman didn't even remember my name after many e-mails before I visited their lot. Gulia's enthusiasm and friendliness helped me with the final decision to purchase even though I had another appointment at another dealership, which I canceled. I love my CRV and hope Gulia is still with you when I purchase my next vehicle. In the meantime, I will recommend her to all my family and friends when they decide to purchase their next vehicle. Pulled up in the dealership, not one sales associate greeted us. Finally when someone noticed us, we were told to come on in and get the credit process rolling. After about 15 minutes, we were informed that our credit was pulled, however, it would not be sent to any banks because "It is a Sunday and banks are closed. Your application will sit out in limbo until tomorrow when we can get an answer for you. I will call you tomorrow and let you know what you're approved for and then you can come back tomorrow night to sign the paperwork". We came out on a Sunday to buy a car because both my husband and I work Mon-Fri, 8-10 hours a day and cannot get out during the weekday. I was very disappointed to hear that we would not be leaving with a car that day. On the way home, we decided to stop by another Honda dealership and guess what? After 4 hours, we drove home our brand new Honda Civic because the other dealership was able to talk to banks. Your loss Kings, your loss. More

Both stayed with me after business hours to make sure i was happy and that we could reach a fair deal. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend anyone looking for a new honda or a used car to give Marcus a call. i wanted to also note that i traveled about 2 hours to visit this dealership and would do it again. I had been searching for a manual transmission Honda and found one on line at Kings Honda. I live in Indiana, 4 hours from Kings Honda, so I called to see if it was still on the lot and I was connected with found one on line at Kings Honda. Obviously I didn't want to drive 4 hours unless I was 90% sure I was going to buy the car and Tony did an excellent job being my eyes and ears. He went out in the lot and walked around it to describe chips, dings, scratches....,he took it for a drive to make sure it didn't rattle or feel soft and he answered several questions over a course of 2 days of phone calls. He was up front with me and gave me an honest opinion on the shape of the car and engine. When I showed up to look at the car there were no surprises or missed detail. Because I took so long inspecting the car he missed a church service but that didn't impact his positive demeanor and courteous service. He never pushed me and was able to put me at ease. We even blessed the car before I drove off. That was awesome! Tony - thank you and best of luck in future sales. More
