It started with me committing to buy a 2004 Corvette they had for sale and having it sold out from under me. Not only did they sell the Corvette the day before I was to come to pick it up but they told me a bold face lie to cover up their lack of integrity. I was told the detailer that was getting it ready for pick up had crashed it into a guard rail and totaled the vehicle which I was later told was not true. I found this out because I talked to the sales manager to get reimbursed for the car trailer I rented to pick up the vehicle and since I did not live in the area he could care less about my request. The sales manager was also very difficult to work with and told me they are only interested in “pushing metal” or in other words to getting a sale. He committed to give me a follow up call and once again he showed they do not care about anything but a sale since I have not received the common courtesy of the promised call. Buyer beware of Kings Honda. More

Rob Larson with Kings Honda was the BEST sales person I have ever worked with to buy a car. I have bought 7 cars so far and none of the sales people were as friendly and nice as Rob. Kings Honda responded via e-mail and phone in about 15 minutes, and scheduled a test drive that same afternoon. They were clearly interested in our business and this compared very favorably with other dealers who did not contact us for days after the fact. Gulia is friendly, courteous and direct in her negotiations. This made for a professional overall experience which allowed me to objectively focus on the price and merits of the purchase from Kings Honda, as opposed to dodging "hard sell" tactics in a confrontational setting. I did not intend to make a purchase on this day and in all my previous new car deals I chose to think about it overnight. This experience was positively different. Jenni made the processing of paperwork for financing a breeze and the whole process took little more than 10 minutes. No surprises and all paperwork was prepared in advance ready for signatures. I bought a 2013 Accord EX-L through the USAA car buying service through this dealership. The price could not be beat and service was exceptional. I drove from approximately 2 hours away and the car we we service through this dealership. The price could not be beat and service was exceptional. I drove from approximately 2 hours away and the car we were wanting to test drive was ready for us and just had to be pulled around. There were no changes to the deal that was worked out through email communications. If there was one complaint, it was that they were very busy and it took awhile to go through finance and to get the car prepped and delivered. Despite this, the experience would definitely bring me back for future car purchases and referrals. More
