They were clearly interested in our business and this compared very favorably with other dealers who did not contact us for days after the fact. Gulia is friendly, courteous and direct in her negotiations. This made for a professional overall experience which allowed me to objectively focus on the price and merits of the purchase from Kings Honda, as opposed to dodging "hard sell" tactics in a confrontational setting. I did not intend to make a purchase on this day and in all my previous new car deals I chose to think about it overnight. This experience was positively different. I bought a 2013 Accord EX-L through the USAA car buying service through this dealership. The price could not be beat and service was exceptional. There were no changes to the deal that was worked out through email communications. If there was one complaint, it was that they were very busy and it took awhile to go through finance and to get the car prepped and delivered. The only reason I gave them a 4 on customer service was because I did have to wait what seemed like a longer time than needed to have our trade-in valued. It would have also been nice if they would have offered to bring the new van inside their service bay to look it over and exchange items from the old van to the new one. At the time it was night and a snow storm was happening while trying to look over the van and switch child car seats and such. Overall though I am very happy with King's Honda. I definitely highly recommend them and the associates I dealt with. More

I took my CRV in for an oil change, while I was waiting, I was walking around looking for the Ridgeline to check them out for my next truck.
