Bought a used 2012 Chevy Equinox from Kings Honda in May 2022. Have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle from the first week after purchase. First, had to take back to dealership a week after buying thi 2022. Have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle from the first week after purchase. First, had to take back to dealership a week after buying this car because the brake lights did not work (not a bulb). Since, we have had to have the timing chain/tensioner replaced, air sensor replaced, fuel/firing system decarbonized... among other things. There was no way that this vehicle passed any form of inspection in preparation to be re-sold. We will never consider purchasing a vehicle from Performance Kings Honda ever again and we will urge everyone that we know to do the same. More
Experience was not that great. They let me walkin and showed me the car. I liked the car but they priced my trade-in car too low. One of the worst car buying and ownership experiences of my life!!!! 😡 Bought a Honda because I thought it was built to last. Had some engine issues within warranty and was told needed testing which lasted so long it took me out of warranty and after the testing and admitting there was a manufacturer defective engine was told there was nothing they could do and said they would not honor the warranty. Made countless calls to Honda of America and dealer to no avail. They were across the board disrespectful, rude, untrustworthy and dismissive throughout and as if they could care less, which has been their attitude since after the purchase my new car 6 years ago. They have been terrible to deal with and I've lost all faith in Honda as a brand. They wasted my time and energy...soul suckers! Done with Honda forever! Don't trust this brand or dealership More

Have been taking my car to Performance Honda on Fields Ertel for years. Have had great service with no complaints. Today’s appointment was utilizing their pick up service of my car. Mike kept me informe Ertel for years. Have had great service with no complaints. Today’s appointment was utilizing their pick up service of my car. They sold me a car that at some point, my car repairman said had probably been sitting in water--proven by the rusted underbelly and issues I'm having with it. And their repair service! A family member says it smells like rotten eggs. The Honda repair person told me my heater needed to be replaced because it was leaking all over the place. An $1800 repair. I got suspicious for two reasons. First, for something that was "leaking all over the place," I've never seen any leaking. I park in the same place everyday. Second, when I said I'd bring it back on Monday because I didn't want to pay for a rental over the weekend. I was told although there was a daily charge that they would wave the fee if I'd leave it there. That was months ago, and I haven't seen a leak anywhere yet! So they'll sell you a car from a flood and then try to milk you for more money. I'm disgusted. Because I had a positive experience with the Toyota dealer years ago, I didn't think another dealer under the same umbrella would be SOOOOO dishonest. DON'T BUY CARS FROM THEM. YOU'LL BE TAKING YOUR CHANCES. More
Bought a 2022 Passport Trailsport from Performance Honda. Salesperson and experience was great...Fast forward 3 months (before even getting oil changed) and warnings suddenly start going off that there is a Salesperson and experience was great...Fast forward 3 months (before even getting oil changed) and warnings suddenly start going off that there is a transmission problem. Take it to dealer to be told that there are crumbs in the shifter mechanism...CRUMBS! They tried to say something has been spilled into it, which it had not! At least by us it hadn't. So the service guy Alec says he needs to run it past the regional manager to get it covered by warranty. Finally calls back to tell me I am going to have to pay to replace. This is crazy. I bought a Honda because they are supposed to be such great cars. This RUGGED trailsport was taken out by crumbs!! I will be posting this review everywhere I can and telling everyone that will listen to avoid Honda and especially Performance Kings Honda. The best part is I was seriously considering buying a ridgeline from them...will be passing on that now. More
I'm so VERY DISAPPOINTED with Honda Service at Performance Kings Honda, the last three or four times that I taken my car there for maintenance it has been the worst service that I have ever had wi Performance Kings Honda, the last three or four times that I taken my car there for maintenance it has been the worst service that I have ever had with any of my Honda's. I would suggest if you need to have your car maintenance then find another Honda than the one at Performance Kings Honda. I lost a half of days work even with making an appointment telling the person on the phone what was going on with the car just to take my car there to be told that if they started to work on my car that I would not get it back until the following day, but hey we can rent you a car for 15.00 a day. This type of service is unacceptable. More

Worst experience in my life. Immediately after buying a used a car I had issues. Paid $12k for the car and ended up putting $13k for repairs. Finally got the receptionist to connect me to the Store Manager who said he would purchase the car back at a high resale value since he didn’t need to make money on it twice. After I fixed all the issues they offered me $5,000 less than resell value. They screwed me once and tried a second time. Will never step inside that dealership again and advise others to stay far away. According to most recent f the reviews I’m not the only victim of this shady dealership. More
