Very Rude. I actually went to buy the vehicle and they didn't have the desired color. The manager was very rude and not at all helpful. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy a Toyota or a Honda. I originally had my eye on a Toyota Prius and had already driven one as a rental and had liked it. My father and I thought we would stop at the Honda dealer first, almost to rule out the Accord as an option. But when Rob showed us the red Accord coupe, it was a lovely sight. It had all of the options I wanted, and didn't have the ones that I didn't care to pay extra for, either, so it was great. Both my father and I test-drove the car and we liked it better than the Prius. We didn't even make it over to the Toyota dealer as planned. One-stop shopping! More
