I was really struggling to try and find a decent used Honda Odyssey a little over a year and a half ago. No matter where I went, no one seemed interested in working with me, due to the market being a se Honda Odyssey a little over a year and a half ago. No matter where I went, no one seemed interested in working with me, due to the market being a seller's market at the time. That changed when I contacted Performance Kings in Cincinnati, about 3 hours from where I live. Specifically, Ryan Stacy helped me get exactly what I wanted down to the color of the vehicle (which no one else, anywhere else was even willing to do.) Not only that, but I ended up going with a new vehicle because it wasn't much more than most of the used ones I had run across. This was my first new car purchase ever, and I have always dreaded such an experience. However, Ryan and the rest of the team at Performance Kings made it enjoyable. So - why am I writing a review a year and a half later? Because in the last year and a half, there have been times I had questions about my vehicle, and in every single instance, Ryan got back to me, usually within minutes of my inquiries. Most recently, he walked me through the steps to use my warranty to fix a tire that had a nail in it. Response from a human being in this day and age is somewhat rare even when you're trying to give someone business, but it is almost unheard of after the point of sale. Performance Kings is an exception to that rule. Thanks so much for the exceptional work guys; I love this car! More
Over $70 (after a $20 coupon) and 2. 5 hours for a Civic oil change. My first brand new car ever. I have looked since November with no luck and also tried getting a Chevrolet. At 4 different lots. Upon signing found hidden charges. My daughter and son in law bought from Honda so I checked it out. I now have a 2023 Hrv ex l thanks to Jacob Olson and Dallas Taulbee. Great experience working with these 2. Jacob was always on top of the timeline and financials. Very pleasant young man. Would definitely recommend kings performance Honda with Jacob and Dallas. Love my new car!!!! Thanks guys for making it so easy after such a long time looking! More

I originally was looking at a different car that was out of my pric purchase but it was my experience with Faith Burton that made all the difference! I originally was looking at a different car that was out of my price range but she was so helpful in searching for similar vehicles that I liked and worked with my budget! She was able to work out a great deal on my trade in vehicle while doing everything that she could to find me a reliable car that didn't cost more than we could afford. Faith is truly THE BEST sales consultant that I have ever encountered! More
Rip Off! Honda Express Service - oil change only - $100.00 and an hour and a half of waiting for what takes fifteen to twenty minutes max. Even when doing their "Honda Multipoint Inspection". After waiting an hour and a half I see my car waiting outside and my keys and paperwork on a desk. So I ask a service agent "take my credit card I really need to leave". "No, you need to wait for the technician that disappeared so you can go over the condition of the car". "We want to make sure you get the Honda Experience". THE CAR IS NEW WITH LESS THAN 2500 MILES. But they mistakenly put 50,000 miles on the paperwork. Please get me out of here! I spoke with the Service Manager Eddie on the phone and attempted in as polite a manner that I will never bring the car back to Performance Kings Honda. The Honda experience is a joke. The price is a rip off and the technicians couldn't care less about the Honda Experience. More
