Purchased a 2014 from Kings Honda on 2/15/14. The dealer did a good job showing us all of the features of the vehicle as we were not sure if the Pilot was going to work for our family. We traded in a 2007 did a good job showing us all of the features of the vehicle as we were not sure if the Pilot was going to work for our family. We traded in a 2007 Honda Pilot for a 2014 and found the price/negotiation to be fair. Our family came away with a payment that works for us and more importantly have found that the 2014 Honda Pilot Touring has a tremendous amount of features that will work well for our family. More
I dealt mostly with Marc. He was honest, sincere, and very receptive to my needs. He answered every question I asked him. He did everything he could to make me happy. He even went to the extreme, when h very receptive to my needs. He answered every question I asked him. He did everything he could to make me happy. He even went to the extreme, when he washed my license plates before he put them on the new car. When I called the dealership to close the deal, Jonathon did not hesitate to accept my new offer. While buying a car for the first time, I went to many different dealerships and looked at many different brands. The Salesmen at Honda Kings was by far the best salesmen that we had through the whole ex different dealerships and looked at many different brands. The Salesmen at Honda Kings was by far the best salesmen that we had through the whole experience. Marty Gorton was very friendly, nice, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure we had the perfect vehicle that met our needs. There was no high pressure or upselling involved. I was not looking forward to car shopping. I find it daunting and I always feel an extreme pressure from salesmen. Marc was extremely easy to get along with, he was easy to talk to and he had a answer f daunting and I always feel an extreme pressure from salesmen. Marc was extremely easy to get along with, he was easy to talk to and he had a answer for every question that I or my mother in law threw his way. Kings Honda was my third and final stop. I didn't want to look anywhere else after working with him. He made a lot less stressful and bless his heart if he wasn't there for every single step of my car buying process. He was there as late as I was, and was just as helpful as he was when we first set foot in the dealership. I will shop at Kings Honda again when the time comes for me to get a new car again. More

It was a manual transmission and had been put on special pricing. When we first visited the dealership, it was a very busy Saturday. I had emailed with Gulia to set up a test drive of the Scion. She was busy during our visit with other customers, but Daniel Wright helped us. He had difficulty locating the keys for the Scion, but found them eventually. We took the car for a test drive and Daniel was very friendly with us. He created conversation and told us a little more about the vehicle. Afterwards, we left. My husband came back on the following Thursday and bought the car from John Deluca. His experience was good. He did wait an hour-in-a-half to receive the registration and receipt. We had paid cash for the vehicle, and my husband wasn't sure why the wait for the registration and temp tags. I came by later that evening to pick up the Scion to drive back home. We are from Dayton. The car was spotless and ready to drive. It drove great. Three days later, my gears locked up on the car. Unsure of what to do, we had the Scion towed to our trusted mechanic in Cedarville. He advised us to call the dealership and see what they could do. If not, then hire a lawyer and go from there. I called up Danny and explained how the transmission locked up. My mechanic said it was an internal transmission problem. Danny said to drive the car to Cincinnati. I told him it was undriveable. He said to have it towed and King's Honda would pick up the cost. I had it towed. After it was towed, the mechanic at King's Honda (I do not recall his name) called my husband and said the car will be looked at ASAP. Danny called me the next day and explained it needed a new transmission. He said King's Honda was purchasing a new transmission and clutch for the car. It was going to take a few days to get the transmission in, put in the car, and ready to go. He said I would have my car by the end of the week. I called Saturday and asked about my car. It was ready. I picked it up and thanked Danny for what King's Honda did. It truly was a blessing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. More

For example, the car we purchased was in-transit and the delivery date was unknown. We were in a time crunch to get another vehicle. So we were thrilled when he called to tell us he located an identical, brand new model (only 3 miles on ODO) and that it would be ready for us to pick up the very next day. Highly recommend John DeLuca and the Kings Honda team! More
