They told me I HAD TO buy the car first before they could service the vehicle. They didn’t hold the car with the buyers order since I was already approved for it. After I completed the purchase they informed me that it would take no more than 10 days to completely service my vehicle for it to be ready to go. They had my car for 3 weeks and it still wasn’t ready. I called the bank and they stated I wasn’t supposed to sign the papers for the vehicle until I was taking possession of the car. The dealership told me that’s not true. All of there cars have to be bought first before they even clean the inside for a test drive. Needless to say. My car payment was due almost 2 weeks later, and I still didn’t have possession of the car. Each week I was informed that my car would be ready. When the time came, they pushed the pick up day further and further. I was informed by a manager that my car would be ready on a specific date. I drove an hour away the 4 day I was promised and the car still wasn’t ready. They walked us into the service area to show us the car was being cleaned. 15 mins later and my car was ready to go. Underneath the seats the floors were still filthy. Not to mention that was sticky stuff still on my door handles. And there was dried up mud all in the back of the trunk of the car. Once I got all the way home sitting on wet seats cause the interior wasn’t dry at all I found someone’s mail from PA. It had the last owners complete address, social security number, and case number for there local state benefits. I knew the car wasn’t clean cause I had someone else’s personal information that they were unaware of. Let’s not forget the hidden fees. They charged me for a warranty that the bank required them to have on my vehicle before selling it. I have been lied to and miscommunicated to. I was misled and taken advantage of, cause I was young. I definitely felt discriminated against cause I was a female in desperate need of a car at the time. No one was understanding of the miscommunication they provided to me and my family. They continued to brush me off cause they already had the sale weeks ago. Everything was just a horrible experience. More

Buying a vehicle at Performance Kings Honda on Fields Ertel Road north of CINCINNATI is an easy, enjoyable experience. 14 months ago, we purchased a 2022 CRV from Matt Falciani, Sales Consultant, when th Ertel Road north of CINCINNATI is an easy, enjoyable experience. 14 months ago, we purchased a 2022 CRV from Matt Falciani, Sales Consultant, when the automotive market had a very depleted inventory/post-Covid. The vehicle has performed great, no issues & regular service has been a breeze. However, it was smaller than my husband wanted so we entertained the idea of trading up to a larger model - A Honda Pilot. We never thought that dream could be a reality but, because we have taken such good care of our CRV, haven’t packed on the miles, and they listened to us, Matt & Stacy (Sales Mgr.) made it became a reality & we now have a larger vehicle, with a custom interior, powder- coated wheels & tinted windows. We trader the 14 month old CRV so we only paid sales tax on the difference between the CRV & PILOT. THAT IS A NICE BONUS. So, when you are looking for a new ride, and don’t think you can make it happen, go to Performance Kings Honda for new wheels. It just may be in the cards for you… just ask their service tech, Paul George who is a talented magician too. Last week, when we were servicing our CRV, he predicted we’d buy a new car…. with his 4 of ♥️ card trick. He is amazing, so entertaining & did a second trick yesterday when he guessed the K of ♣️ card & said a new car was in our cards❣️ Performance Honda has many talented folks, from sales to the business office to the service department. Go see them! More

The first day, Fred tried to come across as just so helpful and accommodating, when in reality, he's a jerk. The first day I had decided to get a car and was planning to go back the next day to buy it. However, as many people do, after a night if thinking about it, I decided it wasn't the best car for me, and I changed my mind. The next day, I go back to the dealership with my son and let Fred know that I had changed my mind, but was still interesting in buying another car from him. As soon as I told him, he acted like I'm THE ONLY person who has ever changed their mind about a car and proceeded to have an attitude and put on a show about how "he just didn't know if they could do anything." (Mind you, I put a $1,000 deposit down, which I've never been required to do anywhere else ever.) My son and I sit and wait in the showroom for them to "figure it out," when Fred comes back and sits down next to me and speaking to me like I'm an idiot. I introduce him to my son and he blew him off like he was annoyed he was there with me. (I guess taking advantage of me just went out the window.) Then, he is kneeling in front of us and proceeds to say the rudest, most disrespectful things about me in front of my son...you can imagine how well that went over. My son was furious and loudly cursing and telling Fred what he thought about him speaking to his mother in that way. This salesman has zero respect for customers and is not professional in any way. He then says to my son, "Do you want to step outside with me?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! A salesman at a dealership trying to get a sale and asks a customer's son to go outside and fight him?? IN FRONT OF HIS MOTHER!! This guy is the biggest xxx I've ever had the displeasure to deal with at a business. In that moment I think I was in shock at what I'd just witnessed, and went on with test driving a car, which was a piece of junk. But the moment my son and I started talking in the car, we knew there was no way in xxxx they were ever getting my business! (I was paying in cash, in full.) I waited to get my deposit back, which they were screwing around getting to me until my son came back inside with me. Do yourself a HUGE favor and read the reviews they try to bury, look on the BBB website, do some research and give your business to a less shady, more professional place! More

This dealership lies to their customers. I was worried about the mileage on a f150. The sales staff told me a warranty would cover the truck no matter what happened to it for 36000 miles. Le I was worried about the mileage on a f150. The sales staff told me a warranty would cover the truck no matter what happened to it for 36000 miles. Less than 5000 miles my truck started loosing power and I took it into a shop. The throttle body is stuck shut. I called to warranty company only to find out the warranty didn’t cover hardly anything. I called the dealership their answer was to just cancel the warranty. Which was a big factor in me purchasing the truck. The management (Andy and Glen)couldn’t care less that I was lied to. Don’t buy from these people they will say anything to sell a vehicle. More

I was really struggling to try and find a decent used Honda Odyssey a little over a year and a half ago. No matter where I went, no one seemed interested in working with me, due to the market being a se Honda Odyssey a little over a year and a half ago. No matter where I went, no one seemed interested in working with me, due to the market being a seller's market at the time. That changed when I contacted Performance Kings in Cincinnati, about 3 hours from where I live. Specifically, Ryan Stacy helped me get exactly what I wanted down to the color of the vehicle (which no one else, anywhere else was even willing to do.) Not only that, but I ended up going with a new vehicle because it wasn't much more than most of the used ones I had run across. This was my first new car purchase ever, and I have always dreaded such an experience. However, Ryan and the rest of the team at Performance Kings made it enjoyable. So - why am I writing a review a year and a half later? Because in the last year and a half, there have been times I had questions about my vehicle, and in every single instance, Ryan got back to me, usually within minutes of my inquiries. Most recently, he walked me through the steps to use my warranty to fix a tire that had a nail in it. Response from a human being in this day and age is somewhat rare even when you're trying to give someone business, but it is almost unheard of after the point of sale. Performance Kings is an exception to that rule. Thanks so much for the exceptional work guys; I love this car! More
