Unfortunately, I do not recall the manager's name that helped me through my options but he was very nice and went out of his way to inform me of things so there would be no surprises. He's very friendly, polite, has a good sense of humor, and was very respectful to my 24 year-old daughter, who was buying her own car for the first time. Al was open and honest; if he didn't know the answer to a question he said so, then went and found out. We test drove a car and got an initial offer, then went home to do some of our own calculations. Al came in when we were ready, which was on one of his days off, and we came to an agreement on the car. I felt bad about his day off but he wouldn't accept an apology, insisting it was no problem and he was happy to do it. When the deal was complete and my daughter took delivery of her car it had balloons and a sign on it that said it was specially prepared for (her name). Every part of the experience with Al Glover was positive, and he's the only Honda sales associate I'll be buying cars from ever again. Ask for Al and you'll understand why I'm so impressed with him. Experience left me feeling taken advantage of. When I was looking to purchase a vehicle I started working with Laura. Upon returning to the dealership we started to talk pricing and Laura gave me a quote of 3750 out the door. I told her I would think about it and give her a call back at a later time with my decision. When I called her back the next day and told her I wanted to purchase the vehicle she proceeded to tell me she had "misspoke" and the actual price of the vehicle was 3750++ making the actual price of the vehicle closer to 4250. I felt like I was being taken advantage of/ripped off now that they knew I wanted the vehicle. It was the kind of tactic I would expect going to one of those side of the road buy here/pay here car lots, not a dealership. Experience only went downhill from there. When I returned to the dealership to finish up the paperwork and pay for the vehicle I was "helped" by Josh Hardwick and I use the word help loosely. Josh came across as not caring about my business or time in the least bit. After signing the paperwork he disappeared and I was left sitting for over half an hour. At one point I actually watched him leave with another customer even though we had not yet finished our transaction. I ended up having to hunt down a manager and get them to assist me with getting the paperwork to financing so I could finish up and get out of there. Shout out to the lady in financing, I believe her name was Jenni, she did a wonderful job and was a bright spot in what had otherwise been a completely awful experience. I returned to the dealership a couple weeks later to discuss my experience with a manager and he actually only managed to make my perception of the dealership even worse. He was completely dismissive of all my complaints, made excuse after excuse for my experience and all but said tough luck. I don't have a wealth of car buying experience but from a customer service standpoint if someone is quoted a price they should get that price, regardless of whether it was in error or not. I could not in good faith recommend this dealership to anyone and know i will not return again. More

So, I decided to call Performance Kings Honda to check their inventory for older cars. George answered the phone and listened to what I needed very carefully. He said that he'd check their inventory and call me back. Despite the busy Sunday, George called back just a few minutes later. He found a car I was looking for and had all the information ready on it. We drove to see it. George greeted us, he was very friendly, very patient and very professional, he made me feel like I was a very valuable customer buying a new expensive car, the price didn't matter - he treated me and my parents with a lot of respect! He was knowledgeable and patient. He went on a test drive with us and provided me with the Carfax. The day after, we came back to buy the car and George made the entire experience just great! He was accommodating to my schedule, he had everything ready for me when I got there, he was extremely friendly and personable - probably the best experience I've had with a Sales Associate, ever. If you come to buy a car at Performance Kings Honda, ask for George - you will not regret! More

My Honda still won't start! We took my daughters 2003 Honda to the dealer because it wouldn't start. We explained it has a new battery and new starter my husband has looked at it but every time she drives it she has to clean the battery cables put the battery back together and it starts. Kings Honda Kept it over the weekend and on Monday we went and picked it up they said they could find nothing wrong with it . My daughter picked up the car drove to O'Charleys on Fields Ertle (maybe 1-2 miles from dealer)pulled in the parking lot turned it off and had to call her dad to come start her car because it wouldn't start again and Honda told us there's nothing wrong with it. They wanted to charge us over $100 because they use their diagnostic machine to see what was wrong and they found nothing but yet my daughters car still doesn't start. We did manage to only pay $54 to Honda today to get back on a car that still is doing the same thing when we took it to them. I definitely would not recommend this dealer. What they did tell my husband is that it's needs a new belt, but we knew that before taking to dealer. We don't know how we are going to get this car fixed if the mechanics at Kings Honda can't even find a solution. Now we are back to square 1. Any suggestions would be great. My high school daughter needs a car that will run. More

Whether I'm there as a customer or just a visitor, I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and hospitality. I lease car or just visited them, I always see warm hospitality from employees. All the business I did with them has went very smoothly. I've been in contact with Marc Kowalk and have had the best customer experience with him. More
Unexpected need of a new car So I have purchased a couple of cars from George Tierney, but my latest purchase, he was a true rockstar. I messaged him telling him that I am currently expecting, (I'm also a nanny to three children), and that I would need to upgrade my car. I was currently driving a 2015 Honda Accord Sport (which I loved). I told him I was open to a used vehicle, but third row seating was key for all the children. Not even 2 hours later, George messages me saying that someone just traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot, under 100k miles, and only one owner. I went up that night after work to check it out, and it was perfect!!! Of course I was worried about what my payments would be going from a sedan to a big SUV. Well, worry no more with George... He took care of everything and got our payments to be only $36 more a month than the Accord, including GAP insurance. The night we checked out the vehicle, it was raining. The next day it snowed... The day after that, I realized a small crack in the windshield on the passenger side. Of course as everyone knows, when you drive it off the lot it is on you. With our unconventional sale, and history of buying cars from them, George told us to hang tight and see what he could do. We found out the crack couldn't be fixed because it had previously been fixed, so a new windshield was in order. Well, nobody wants to pick up that tab. George Tierney literally jumped through hoops, corporate hoops, for us. Explaining our situation, and our history of sales with them. Wouldn't you know, George was able to get us our new windshield. Not only that, but they came to my home and replaced it, for free, right in my driveway. I've stayed loyal to George because of our history of buying cars from him, but it's more than that. He really does go above and beyond for his customers. It's so nice to know that there are salesmen out there not trying to take advantage of their customers. He is the ONLY person I would ever buy a car from. More
