Terrible Experiance! BUYER BEWARE. I have never dealt with a more rude and unprofessional dealership. I have an almost 3 yr. old, a 1 year old and am 7 months pregnant so BUYER BEWARE. I have never dealt with a more rude and unprofessional dealership. I have an almost 3 yr. old, a 1 year old and am 7 months pregnant so I am in urgent need of a van that will fit 3 car seats. I found a van meeting all my criteria online and since it was a 2 hour drive to the dealership, I contacted Performance King to verify all the details. We had numerous conversations over a period of 5 hours going over everything in depth and negotiating a price. They physically inspected the van for me (or so they claimed) to insure the van had listed upgrades and that previous owner hadn’t been a smoker. Since my husband was working out of town, I hired a sitter and asked my father to drive the 2 hrs with me. We obtained a cashier’s check for the agreed upon price, and asked the dealership to prepare as much paperwork as possible prior to our arrival. We were in contact with the sales manager the whole way down giving them updates on our arrival and any additional information they needed to finalize paperwork. As I was pulling into the lot I received a phone call from the manager telling me it was already sold and he wanted to "save me a trip". Since I was already their I went inside to see what was going on and was met at the door by a handful of large men all in a line with their arms crossed, straight cold faces informing me they don’t hold cars and they had sold the van. After trying to understand how this could be since I had been in contact with them for 7 hours up until arriving there, I asked to see the manager. He was sitting behind a counter and would not stand to greet me or shake my hand. He told me he has thousands of cars on the lot and there was no way to keep track of what had sold and what hadn’t. Not only did he not have compassion for me, he offered no apology, and would not take any accountability. He did, however, try to sell me a “similar” van for the same price that was “only” a year older, with “only” 7000 more miles, and did not have the $2100 in upgrades the other van had. Honestly, I cannot even be sure the original van I had come to purchase ever existed. For all I know, this was a bait and switch tactic to get me to the dealership. The environment was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly from the moment I walked in the door. More

Negotiated a selling price over the phone for my daughter who has two young children and a baby that is due in November. Her husband is out of town on catastrophe duty. I had a total of 10 calls with Performance Kings Honda manager and two members from the sales team to negotiate a deal. We went to the bank for a cashier’s check per their instructions, drove 2 hours while we texted information to them on our ETA and title information so the paperwork would be filled out upon arrival. We were constantly in touch with them during the drive to find out that they sold the car 6 hours earlier that day as we arrived at the dealership. Sales team was rude, not apologetic at all and the first words from the sales team were "We don't hold cars!!!” Keep in mind we were in contact all day, they knew we already went to the bank, knew we were in transit for two hours and they asked for the name and address for the car title 15 minutes before we arrived at the dealership. Performance Kings Honda is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY UNORGANIZED, VERY RUDE, with a TOXIC SALES ENVIRONMENT. The manager told me that they have over 1,000 cars and they can’t always keep track of everything that is sold. OMG, how long have they been in business? Don’t they use computers to track their inventory like the rest of the industry? Then they wanted to show us more expensive cars on the lot. More

The staff there were so incredibly helpful and polite, and I went to Performance Honda just to look at some cars and get an idea of what I might want. The staff there were so incredibly helpful and polite, and helped me find the car that was exactly what I was looking for! They were patient and sincere, and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I will definitely be going there again if I ever need a new car, and I will certainly be recommending friends and family! More

Problem with the Starter on my 2014 Honda Accord I had a problem with the starter on my 2014 Honda Accord that I bought from Performance Kings Honda. The starter that the car came with died and had I had a problem with the starter on my 2014 Honda Accord that I bought from Performance Kings Honda. The starter that the car came with died and had to be replaced at 54,000miles. Technically, that put the replacement of the starter outside of the factory warranty. I ended up paying full cost for a new starter at another dealership, but I called Performance Kings Honda to ask if there was anything they could do for me. The service manager, Ash Mall, called the Honda Company representative for me to ask if Honda could pick up any of the cost of the new starter. Through his efforts, I was able to get 2/3rds of the cost of the replacement of the starter. I am so appreciative. Mr. Mall was very responsive to my calls and e-mails, and he helped me out a lot. I am very thankful to him for doing that. More
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE! We brought our perfectly running car in for an airbag recall. They talk us into a $500 "tune up". 1 day after we pick up the car it dies at a traffic We brought our perfectly running car in for an airbag recall. They talk us into a $500 "tune up". 1 day after we pick up the car it dies at a traffic light. Zero issues with car up to this time. It's brought back to Kings Honda service center where we are told transmission is shot and it will cost $4000 to fix. We tow it to our local, trusted shop where they validate the transmission is shot. Except they explain that the "tune up" that was done at Kings, where they flushed the transmission, is the reason it's completely shot. We pay the $3800 to replace the transmission and, in the meantime, try to get in touch with anyone at the Kings performance service center. No one calls me back until I post a negative review on their Facebook page. Even then, their manager, Ash, is rude and short on the phone. It's a 1 min phone call where he asks for a copy of the repair receipt. That's it. I email it over to him and never hear from him again. It cannot be more obvious that Kings screwed up and caused the transmission failure. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, zero customer service. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. BIG MISTAKE. More
Excellent Service. Very professional I had an intermittent problem with the display above the radio going dark.Restarting the car always cleared it up. I took it in to the dealership, but they could not duplicate the problem. They spent 3 hours trying to duplicate it. I'm an Uber driver, so I had to get back on the road. The plan was for me to bring in the car, and leave it for a day. They were going to give me a loaner car. Today, the problem occured when I was near the dealership, so I went in. Brian Heisler, the service coordinator took a look at the problem, and almost immediately diagnosed and solved the problem. I have a phone mount on the dash, and while switching between apps on the phone for my Ubering, I was inadvertently hitting the day/night switch just below the phone mount, dumb me. All was correct with the car all along, just an operator error. Brian was very professional throughout the entire process. He listened to what I was saying, checked with the service technicians before I even brought the car in to see if there were any service bulletins about the problem, and came very close to diagnosing the problem the first time. Who knew it was the stupid operator? All in all, I would highly recommend this service department, and dealership, excellent service More

We agreed upon a price, but did not know the interest rate for a loan until we got to the finance manager's office. Jeff Tuttle. If you get drawn to see him, leave right away. The price of the car was wrong. When corrected, the bottom line number did not change. Eventually, that as fixed. Then he gave us the "best" interest rate. 3.74%. Same as our home equity loan. When I pointed this out, the rate magically changed to 2.9%. So much for best rate. Then he harangued us for about 20 minutes about the extended warranty, which we did not want. We should have left. When we go to pick up the car, there is only one key. Dealer claims other key showed a fault, they would get a new key made and we could pick it up in a couple of days. Two days later, we go to dealership, they claim key was mailed to our house. Key never arrives. Then they claim the key was not mailed. They have now delivered a key, and we'll see if it works on the car. But you can bet our next car will probably not come from these guys. And we currently have 3 Honda vehicles. More
