Almost didn't buy My experience here didn't start of that great, it seemed that the sales people are to busy to help and once they do they only care about the sale. After I agreed to a price the sales person disappeared to where ? I don't know, but the finance guy Gary, really changed my perspective. He introduced himself right away and said it would be about 10minutes. No one likes the guys but I have to say, he put me at ease. I told him I had a pre-approval through my bank he flat out looked at me and said "great". I was thrown off by that but he was able to beat the rate I was given and was an absolute pleasure talking to him. Even though I think I over paid for the warranty I got, I am happy I got it and hope it helps Gary. The sales person on the other hand could learn a lot about customer service. More
