I wasn't necessarily planning on leasing that day, especially after coming in so close to closing time on a Sunday, but Rob was very helpful in finding my dream car and made the leasing and trade in process very simple (even in the pouring down rain). He negotiated with me to get a price within my price range. When I picked up the car the next day, he sat down with me and answered all of my questions about the car and seemed happy to keep in touch about future questions that I will have. There were about 25 or so unexplained miles on the car between signing the lease and picking it up the next day that I noticed after I left the dealership, but I assumed those miles were from normal detail/test drive that took place in between picking it up. Overall, I was very happy with Kings Honda! More

Another great experience I have purchased or leased several cars from sales manager Danny Cahill over the years, and this last experience was the best. This is also the second I have purchased or leased several cars from sales manager Danny Cahill over the years, and this last experience was the best. This is also the second time I’ve worked with salesperson Ray Forsee. Ray is an easy going guy who doesn’t pressure and simply helps you find the right car. He communicates quickly, even late at night, and never makes you feel like you’re wasting his time - even as you stand and stare at cars for 20 minutes to think about colors or change your mind for the fourth time! Danny went far and above this time to try to locate the model and color Accord I wanted (the 2017s are scarce with the 18s coming out) and ended up getting me into a Hybrid which I wasn’t seriously considering prior to my visits due to the higher MSRP. Not sure what he had to do to locate this exact one, but I love the car - and the deal ended better than I had hoped, for a higher level model than I was looking for. Lease payment changed just by a few dollars, for a much better car than the 2015 Accord I was returning. There’s a reason I keep sticking with Hondas, and coming back to work with Danny (and Ray). More

George worked his magic to get my deal done I stopped in Kings Honda mainly just to check their inventory on 2017 Civics since I was within 6 months of the end of my current lease of a 2015 Civi I stopped in Kings Honda mainly just to check their inventory on 2017 Civics since I was within 6 months of the end of my current lease of a 2015 Civic. After walking the lot for a few minutes, I got in my car to leave. George approached my car and asked if there was anything he could help with. I explained my situation and told him that if he wanted to see what he could do, I had the time. He was able to get me out of my 2015 EX and into a 2017 EX-T for only $14 more per month. As a former 2x Honda East customer, I will probably be making the drive back to Kings when this lease is up. More

BUYER BEWARE I have never dealt with a more rude and unprofessional dealership. I have an almost 3 yr. old, a 1 year old and am 7 months pregnant so I am in urgent I have never dealt with a more rude and unprofessional dealership. I have an almost 3 yr. old, a 1 year old and am 7 months pregnant so I am in urgent need of a van that will fit 3 car seats. Back in July, I found a van meeting all my criteria online and since it was a 2 hour drive to the dealership, I contacted Performance King Honda to verify all the details. We had numerous conversations over a period of 5 hours going over everything in depth and negotiating a price. They physically inspected the van for me (or so they claimed) to insure the van had listed upgrades and that previous owner hadn’t been a smoker. Since my husband was working out of town, I hired a sitter and asked my father to drive the 2 hours with me. We obtained a cashier’s check for the agreed upon price, and asked the dealership to prepare as much paperwork as possible prior to our arrival. We were in contact with the sales manager the whole way down giving them updates on our arrival and any additional information they needed to finalize paperwork. As I was pulling into the lot I received a phone call from the manager telling me it was already sold and he wanted to "save me a trip". Since I was already their I went inside to see what was going on and was met at the door by a handful of large men all in a line with their arms crossed, straight cold faces informing me they don’t hold cars and they had sold the van. After trying to understand how this could be since I had been in contact with them for 7 hours up until arriving there, I asked to see the manager. He was sitting behind a counter and would not stand to greet me or shake my hand. He told me he has thousands of cars on the lot and there was no way to keep track of what had sold and what hadn’t. Not only did he not have compassion for me, he offered no apology, and would not take any accountability. He did, however, try to sell me a “similar” van for the same price that was “only” a year older, with “only” 7000 more miles, and did not have the $2100 in upgrades the other van had. Honestly, I cannot even be sure the original van I had come to purchase ever existed. For all I know, this was a bait and switch tactic to get me to the dealership. I had contacted the BBB and Performance Kings Honda General Manager Robert Brewster contacted me and was very apologetic. We had spoken over the phone on August 26th and he wanted to make things right by finding me a comparable van. Since August 26th, I have not received any communications from the general manager. I have called and left messages on September 21st and September 30th with no response. I appreciated his initial response but I feel like this is just word service since I have seen no action. I am now due with a baby in a few weeks and have no vehicle that can fit 3 car seats in. I have been looking for used vans since this incident but have not found anything that is comparable within 100 miles and I am not able to travel any further. More

We test drove a number of comparable vehicles from different dealers/manufacturers and by far had the best experience here. Steve was very kind, polite, and informative throughout the whole process. He came along during our initial test drive and was very thorough with what he was telling us. He was not pushy at all and did not live up to the typical car salesman stereotype. Both Steve and Jeff worked with us to get us in the vehicle we wanted and at a price/terms that we were comfortable with. Hats off to these guys and I will be back the next time my family is in the market for a vehicle. More
