My wife and I had just left a very frustrating experience with another dealer, lack of vehicles as advertised, inventory system issues, topped off by an insulting low ball offer on a trade in. We went home frustrated and my wife suggested I give Performance Honda a call, so that's exactly what I did, I called Performance Honda and spoke with JACKIE MORALES. She verfied the vehicle I was interested in on-line was in stock and available. When my wife and I arrrvied at Perfomance Honda, Jackie had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. Needless to say Jackie was excellent to deal with and because of her professionalism and customer service skills we leased the vehicle. She listened to our wants and needs, presented us with a fair trade-in value for 2020 Pilot and made sure my wife and I were completely satisfied with whole experiece. We found Jackie to be an outstanding sales person and would highly recommend! More
We took our daughter to the car lot after finding a Mazda CXR that she really liked online. Josh was the salesmen that we dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend walking the other way if a guy needed Josh tries to help you. He was very pushy for us to go through their finance company. I explained to him that we can get 3% through our credit union. He didn’t believe me so he ask who was our credit union. A few minutes later he comes back and shows me on our credit unions website that the rates are as low as 3%, he said I find that very hard to believe that you can get a rate at 3% on a 2013. But proceeded to say that he wasn’t going to argue with me though.. I told him I had already spoke to our credit union that day, we have very good credit and was told we can get it for 3%. He shook his head and walked away. Then we go in to talk to the finance guy who was also pushy on selling us extended warranty. After saying no thank you at least 5 times he finally got the hint. He gave us a buyers order to give to our credit union and we leave. It wasn’t until the next day that we realized he had given us someone else’s buyers order. My daughter goes to get her new vehicle. She calls us and tells us she was getting ready to leave. I asked her if they gave her all the paperwork to show she bought it and the papers to take to the BMV. She said no they didn’t give her all that so we send her back in to ask about it. She stands and waits for probably 30 mins waiting for the finance guy. Josh walks by her and tells her that she can sit down. She explained that she had been sitting all day so she would rather stand. Josh smarts off with some comment about it making the finance guy uncomfortable if someone just stands there and stares at him. Which she was not staring at him in the first place. Finally the finance guy comes out and explains to my husband who was on the phone with him that they will email all the papers to the BMV and that we only need the bill of sale. Which was fine but no one explained that to our daughter or to us when we were there with her a couple days ago. I am not saying to not go there, I am just saying if you do then ask for a different salesmen then Josh. Unless you like to do business with a smart butt.. More

I worked with Josh Hardwick and had the smoothest car buying experience ever. There was no pressure to buy and nothing unwanted hidden in the purchase. Another dealer in the area added a $5k “market adjustment” fee to the same model of car I bought, but Performance Honda had zero markup. Given the crazy car market, they easily could have; the fact that they didn’t is why I would absolutely shop here again for a future purchase. I did all of the paperwork with Dalton T. And he was also fantastic. Great staff at this place! More
