The young lady that helped us in Ritchie's place tried really hard to get my phone hooked up to Blue, but it was compatible. She did a great job of explaining all the "bells and whistles" to us. I went to Honda's website looking for the specifics of the 2010 CRV that I wanted. The only dealership that continuously followed up with me was Performance. I dealt with Charley the entire time. I did have another Honda dealership try to "outbeat" what you offered, but I chose Performance based on the converasations with Charley. Customer Service is a must & she shined with it! More
I have been to Performance Honda and worked with Ed Obermeyer for my last 4 cars for a reason. He is always pleasant and kind and never makes me feel inferior as a shopper. Ed is fair and honest. He c Obermeyer for my last 4 cars for a reason. He is always pleasant and kind and never makes me feel inferior as a shopper. Ed is fair and honest. He called us when he said he would and respected our time to think and make decisions about our car without pressure. We also had the pleasure to meet Sean David with this purchase. Sean exhibited the same qualities we like so much with Ed. He is very knowledgable about the cars he is selling, and again was very friendly and helpful. I will return to Performance again for future car purchases, and hope to continue to work with Ed and Sean. More
purchased my leased vehicle. took way too long to complete process. sales person couls not answer my question. finance guy came out to help. tried to get me to sign documents that contained 2 over complete process. sales person couls not answer my question. finance guy came out to help. tried to get me to sign documents that contained 2 overpriced warranties after i said i did not want both. very sneaky and ridiculous. had an appointment to get car certified. brought it in and process took about an hour. watched technicians inspect the car-not thorough at all. car sat for 45 minutes while 2 guys tried to figure out how to fill out paperwork. assumption is certification was not even completed. was told it was first time for technician doing a certification and he did not know how to do paperwork. one of the suggested items to be completed was an oil change. had oil changed 3 weeks ago.. very lousy experience for me. will never have vehicle serviced at honda unless a warranty item. lousy. Overall, we were satisifed with the price we were able to negotiate for the new Insight. Cons: The only negative I would have to offer concerns the Pro Pack that the dealership adds to each new car. In the case of my Insight, it only included the trunk cover, the all weather (rubber) mats and the wheel guards at a cost of over $500.00. If purchased as options or accessories according to Honda's website these items would only cost a little over $300.00. That is kind of a rip-off. They could have or should included the carpeted mats and maybe a Honda metal key chain or some other logo item to cover the $500 they are getting in the sale. In the future, I may insist that these items be removed from the car and purchased separately or go somewhere else to buy the car. I don't believe Honda counts on making large profits from these kinds of accessories so why not provide them at real cost to the customer? More
I have purchased several new Hondas from Performance Honda and have always been pleased with the experience - and I think this purchase was the best experience of them all. I was an internet customer a Honda and have always been pleased with the experience - and I think this purchase was the best experience of them all. I was an internet customer and am extremely pleased with this method of communication. Charley and Rich were both extremely professional, courteous and went out of their way to make my buying experience painless and outstanding. I especially appreciated the straightforwardness with which they handled the transaction. I also experienced the service dept already when I had an option I purchased installed and they were outstanding as well; courteous, informative and they completed the service in the expected period of time - which was awesome! Kudos to everyone at Performance Honda! More
We left on very friendly terms the first time, unable to reach a deal. However, the dealership called us back and continued negotiating until we reached a deal, which was within a couple of days. We trade reach a deal. However, the dealership called us back and continued negotiating until we reached a deal, which was within a couple of days. We traded in a car and bought a new one, so there were negotiations to be made on both ends. We felt very satisfied that we ended up with a fair deal. We're very happy with our new Honda Accord and feel it's a great car that we received for a very good lease deal. More
The experience was good because they were willing to work together with you so everyone got what they wanted. They were very positive, very helpful, and eager to work to get a deal done. I called on a Monday to come in and see an Accord that we had seen online. Nick had the car ready for me to see and drive when I arrived. He treated me with great respect - which doesn't always happen in car had seen online. Nick had the car ready for me to see and drive when I arrived. He treated me with great respect - which doesn't always happen in car dealerships when the 'lady of the house' is doing the buying. As the process continued Nick made sure that I had access to refreshments and was comfortable. He was upfront and honest and very pleasant to talk to. He checked back with me often to let me know where we were in the process of securing financing and exploring finance options. Knowing that I had worked with Ken Howard on previous purchases, Nick called him over and involved him in the deal for my comfort.(I worked with Ken on the purchase of a car for my daughter when she turned 16.) When it was time to speak with Jeff Kaplan in finance, I was pleasantly surprised to find Jeff just as approachable as Ken and Nick. He listened attentively when I explained what I wanted. He explained very clearly all of the options available with the loan (extended warranty, gap coverage, accidental death) and worked with me on rates and terms so that I could purchase the products I wanted and stay within my budget. When Ken found out that it was my son's 16th birthday and that the car was for my son, he and Nick kicked it into the next level of customer service to make sure the car looked spectacular inside and out. They also worked with me so that I could get the car home on the day of my son's birthday. This is my third purchase from Performance (my fifth Honda purchase overall) and I will not hesitate to return in the future. I usually ask for Ken when I come in, but reached a comfort level that I would be equally comfortable requesting Nick as well. More
Quite honestly I had a nice expeerience the first time I came to your site; John was an excellent sales person and made my visit and purchase of he 2002 Isuzu Trooper very excitingfor my daughter and I. The came to your site; John was an excellent sales person and made my visit and purchase of he 2002 Isuzu Trooper very excitingfor my daughter and I. The trooper was an excellent purchaseand I have no regrets of purchasing her. My daughter and I have made many trips to dog shows and other events as well as trips to vacation in other states. My purchase of the 2005 Chevy Impala was a lot different in all aspects. I had a horrible experience from the manager on hand; he was to say the least a "JERK"! I was made a verbal promise by the salesman Shawn David who after he made the promise he said he did not; what was I to say except "OK?"! I was nervous of the vehicles brake system because it seemed soft and the front end made noises on he right side of the vehicle (no wonder he ould only let me take it around the block!); I told him I would need written confirmation that the vehicle was ok to take off the lot with the brakes sounding the way they were, he stated, " I will do better than that, I will get you a record of the work that was done on the vehicle and written proof that the brakes are ok and were checked out". The proof I received was not including the brakes AT ALL! I am hearing squeaking on the brakes now and I will have to replace them now; that tells me that they were not at 50% when they were checked as the mnager said! I also have a message on the dash telling me that I have a low tire, I have a sound that leads me to believe that I have an exhaust leak and the front end is swaying! Boy, what a deal! I am not happy and pretty darn suprised how much this company has changed since John left.... or is it that John tokok care of me and the company was always this way? Anyway I have sent the message on to others not to go to PH due to the lack of knowledge of a good dealer who can be trusted to give a good vehicle that is road worthy to an exisiting customer who finally felt some loyalty from past experiences. ou want to make good on this? If so Fix my exhaust look at my front end and if it needs fixed then fix it fix my brakes I am not worried about the low tire message as they go bad a lot and I understand. Thanks for asking how my eexperience was and have a great day. God bless you, Rick Baker More
