Bobby and Dave were terrific!!! They made sure we understood what was going on at all times and they were never pushy. Above and beyond my expectations. Due to my divorce, my credit rating was sad, to say the least. I felt that they did everything they could to get me in my Pilot. Sean was very friendly and knowledgea credit rating was sad, to say the least. I felt that they did everything they could to get me in my Pilot. Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and it's history (it was used). I felt better knowing that my Pilot was a Certified Used car and the history I have with the dealership gives me confidence that, should there be a problem, they will take care of it. I have purchased/leased 9 cars from Performance Honda (both New and used) and don't know if I would ever buy a car from anywhere else! More
Everyone we came in contact with in purchasing our new car was very helpful and friendly. There was not pressure to put added packages on our new vehicle. This Dealership is the best that I visited in the Cincinnati area. I went to all of the 6 Honda Dealers and only Performance gave me ALL of the Information I needed to make an educated purchase decis Cincinnati area. Service managers never returns calls. The service questionaire shows how dishonest the dealership is. The service manager NEVER called me back after filling out three of these from our last three services. I used to love Performance service but we will switch to the new Honda dealer at Kings for service of our Odyssee and Accord - and for the purchase of our 2011 Odyssee. Performance Honda service cannot be trusted. And why did the dealership hire an agency to send out a note stating "thank you for your recent purchase of a Honda Odyssee?" It was almost 9 years ago we purchase the van from Performance so we called the dealership concerned that someone had used our credit to purchase a new car. The person at Performance said that many people had called with the same concern. It just shows that attention to detail is not a strength of the current management at Performance. It is too bad because we had sent many friends to the dealership through the years. Not anymore. More
The used car department is totally rude, and could care less after you drive the car off the lot. They acted as if they didn't want me back after I discovered a few problems with the used car. Repairs they stated as done had to be redone by a another Toyota dealer outside the Performance Group. The used car warranty is a joke, and a way for them to make more money on service. They said it is my problem, since I could inspect the car on the lot. This is the third car I bought there, (2 new, 1 used) and I will never return for service or sales to this dealer. Go to Kings Honda (formerly Century)instead. More
I was able to drop my car off at the last moment, get the service I requested within a short amount of time and pick up my car (which had been washed for me) with out any hassels. I had a coupon which I couldn't find when it was time to pay, but they were kind enough to honor the price and the price is certainly competitive with the place my husband takes his car. More
