This group was fantastic! I dealt with 4 dealerships to determine the team who could best serve my needs(Generally I am not a fan of salespeople and just like to get a square deal without pressure). Rich Cook and Katie Sweenie worked harder than employees at any other dealership to close the deal with the best price and most positive spirit. I drove two hours (past many other dealerships) because this team is the BEST! I have already recommended this team to one of my friends. Initially I had made an internet price inquiry, Katie called me later and helped me review options of various models and prices. Rich brought in the best price. Katie was so positive and helpful in getting us familiar with the features on our CRV. My wife commented that she has bought many new cars but that no one had been more helpful than Katie. On 11/27/10, I signed a 3yr lease with Performance Honda North for a 2011 Honda CRV. I traded-in a 2005 BMW X3. Almost a week later, on 12/3/10, I received a call from the sales rep saying that there was North for a 2011 Honda CRV. I traded-in a 2005 BMW X3. Almost a week later, on 12/3/10, I received a call from the sales rep saying that there was a “snag” with the financing at that I needed to either come up with $4,200.00, a co-signer or return the vehicle. AT NO TIME when I signed the Lease Agreement and accompanying documents was I notified that this Agreement was subject to further financing review. Nowhere in the Lease Agreement does it indicate any sort of contigencies. I asked the sales rep to show me where in the paperwork did it indicate that this was NOT a final agreement and that it was contingent on final financing review. More

Conrad was an excellent sales person. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy. My husband called a day in advance to schedule an appointment for us to look at Honda Elements. Andrew was outside the dealership waiting for us right on time. My husband told Andrew we wanted to keep our payments around $200 a month and we were trading in my 2006 Honda CRV that we purchased from the same dealership. Andrew went right to his manager and had him come over and work with us on a price. I personally hate the negotiation part of car buying, but they made it so easy and gave us such a good price we would have been crazy to pass up the deal. It was the most enjoyable and painless car buying experience we've ever had. Andrew was a pleasure to work with and when my husband is ready for a new car in a couple of years we'll definitely be going back to Performance. More

I was impressed with the ease in purchasing. Charlie not only offered me a great price, she was also available to answer the numerous questions related to the buying process.
