Well I always said if I ever purchased another HONDA it would be from Perfomance Honda. The day before I arrived, my 93 Honda Civic decided not to start any more unless I kick-started it. When I arrived, I was greeted by Shane, who had great knowledge of what I wanted as far as price range and preferance. Although it was on a Sunday, and minimal staffed, Shane was always attentive & appologetic for the inconvenience of the waiting period. He was there for me and suggested for me to watch TV in the rest area. The finance department did everything they could to stay withing the spending range. I was actually SHOCKED when I saw the amount of my car note. It was $100.00 less than what I previous thought it would be from the calculation sheet I was presented. In closing, not only did Shane put my plates on my new car int the rain, I was also BLOWN AWAY when I found out that I could get FREE car washes for the life of my car! Sincerely, Maurice Hayes More

I received a letter stating that Performance Honda was interested in possibly buying back my 2007 Honda Fit. While I loved my Fit, I was interested in hearing what my options culd be regarding a trade. Per the instructions on the letter, I called and provided my customer id number. Danny Cahill promptly returned my phone call and we discussed potential scenarios that might work for my situation. I provided Danny with Jim Reid's name as having been the salesperson that I worked with on the purchase of my Honda Fit. Danny coordinated a date that worked with my schedule and Jim was scheduled to be there. From the minute that I walked into the showroom, I felt as though my needs mattered to Jim. He listened to what I wante to pursue and offered a solution. We walked the lot and found just the car for me, a new 2011 Honda Accord SE. I test drove the car and new that I had found my 4th Honda!! The entire process, from the time I walked into the showroom until I drove away in my newly washed Accord, I felt like a valued customer. Thank you to Jim for giving me another positive experience to draw upon! Thank you to Todd for your excellent organization of the financial process! I TRIED TO PAY CASH FOR THE 2011 HONDA FIT WITH NAVIGATION SUGGEST THE USA CEO/DEPARTMENT/HEADS TRY TO BUY A CAR IN CASH. THE LOCAL HONDA DEALER IN FAIRFIELD OHIO WAS STRAP WITH MUCH UNNE NAVIGATION SUGGEST THE USA CEO/DEPARTMENT/HEADS TRY TO BUY A CAR IN CASH. THE LOCAL HONDA DEALER IN FAIRFIELD OHIO WAS STRAP WITH MUCH UNNECESSARY PAPER WORK. Conrad is exceptionally friendly and easy to work with. My only major concern from the buying process was the wait time. I do not feel like my phone calls were returned in a timely manner. In addition, the time it took to actually purchase the vehicle was horrendous. My wife and I picked out the exact vehicle we wanted in no more than 5 minutes, but we were nevertheless at the dealership for more than 3 hours. We were the last people in the showroom on a day where the dealership was consistently overstaffed by 4 or 5 salespeople. Maybe Conrad is just that popular, but I was extremely aggravated by the wait time. But in the end, we got the price we wanted, both on the new car and on the trade-in. I would still do business with Performance Honda in the future, but there needs to be an appreciation of their customers' time. More
Buying our 2007 Pontiac G6 at Performance Honda was an terrific choice. Our recent experience at Performance Honda was, indeed, just the opposite. Both Joe Jarvis and Bob Brewster took wonderful care of us from the moment we walked through the door. We found a great car very quickly and the price was right in line with our budget. We will definitely be making Performance Honda our first stop for future automobile purchases. More

My mother and I went to Performance Honda upon recommendation of my brother-in-law and upon seeing an ad in the newspaper. We arrived at 5:45, 15 minutes before they closed. I had spoken to Conrad recommendation of my brother-in-law and upon seeing an ad in the newspaper. We arrived at 5:45, 15 minutes before they closed. I had spoken to Conrad on the phone a few days earlier, and I liked what he told me about the Civic. Conrad was busy with another client, so he graciously referred me to Joe. What a wonderful experience! Despite the fact that it was the day before Easter and he was to help his wife dye eggs with their children, Joe showed me the Civic, let me sit in it, talked to me about the features, and basically used up his whole evening catering to me and my mother. Conrad checked in on us to make sure that we were taken care of, and Rich jumped through hoops to make sure that we got the deal we wanted, even when we changed our minds. Everyone was sincere, kind, dedicated, and professional. NO one showed any distress that we stayed way past closing. They even spoke to my brother-in-law over the phone to assure him that we were getting the best deal! I happily drove away in a new 2011 Civic that evening. Best of all, Joe called me on Monday to make sure that I was still happy with the car! I have never owned a Honda before, but thanks to the quality service I received at Performance Honda, I can see that this is the beginning of a long, lovely relationship. I can't wait to tell my friends about Performance Honda; I want everyone to buy their cars!
