I did not go to the dealership to get a "steal". I went to get a good deal that would make possible the option of trading a 2011 minivan on a new (2011) Honda Pilot. I am not in t "steal". I am not in the habit of trading in new cars on new cars and usually keep mine until the 250k mile marker but the minivan was just not a good fit for me (lots of reasons). So after reading that my then-current car received a 2-star on one of its safety ratings, I was hoping to switch back into a Pilot. The Internet-team "handled" my prospective purchase with an efficient pitch (that's their job) but I NEVER felt pressured, and likewise felt free to ask as many questions as I came to mind. I was actually skeptical that I could make the move without a painful equity deficiency but the Performance Group came back with a solid offer on my trade-in and a reasonable price on a car I love! I got the lecture from friends about the new 2012's coming out and how I should've worked the numbers more, but how can I complain? I did the research (both on the car reviews and pricing)and knew what I needed to pay off, what I could spend monthly, the term (number of months) and APR and this team was sufficiently transparent with the numbers for me to understand the "sales math" and to make me comfortable with my purchase. Now although I still have a big check to write on a car at the end of the month, I can do it with a smile on my face (Don't buy a car unless you can write the check with a smile on your face!). The team who helped me (Katie, Conrad, Rick and Jeffrey)were helpful, polite, and successful in brokering a good deal for me on a great car -certainly worth the drive from Burlington, KY! More

Our overall car buying experience was great with Gulia. My time was very limited and tsrated the car negotiation over the internet. At the end, we ended up getting a better car than what we originally wanted. She is very friendly and not your typical car salesman that you soemtimes fees is "out to get you" with hidden schemes. She was a pleasure and I would recommend her to others who were looking to buy a new car. Her follow-up after we bought the car has also been very good so she not only cared about geeting our initial business but maiking sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. More

I'd never been to a dealership that so profoundly misquoted themselves on a trade in and went back on their word. Managers acted like "nothing could be done" when it doesn't take much to reconcile s misquoted themselves on a trade in and went back on their word. I'm sure it doesn't happen very often, but with the idea that myself, my wife, and brother (wife and brother bought from that specific location), they left me feeling insignificant and distraught over TWICE making the 30 minute trip to that location. More
