I traded in a 2006 Toyota Rav4 for a 2011 Honda CR-V. I loved my Rav4 when I first purchased it, but I began to hate it after having so many difficulties with the dealership that I purchased from. Because of my bad experience, I was a little hesitant about trying to purchase again. But from the first email I sent to Performance Honda until the moment I drove off in my new CR-V, I knew I had made the right decision! I received a quick and friendly response from Conrad and Katie, they sent me the special internet pricing via email, I picked the vehicle that I wanted, and I scheduled an appointment to come in and test drive it. And I even filled out the internet credit application and was approved before I ever stepped foot into the showroom! When I arrived for my appointment, a salesman greeted me at the door and asked me how he could help me. When Conrad arrived he took me out to look at the CR-V's, explained everything about the vehicle to me, we went on a test drive, and before I knew it I was back at the table going over financing. Ken came out and explained the finance portion to me. He worked hard to get me the lowest monthly payment possible, and he even went on another test drive with me so that I could be sure that I was making the right decision. I never felt pressured to buy anything, but I got the impression that Honda really wanted my business. I felt appreciated! Even though I left to see what kind of deal Toyota would offer me, I had already made up my mind about the CR-V because I have always heard that Honda was the best car manufacturer, period! And honestly, I would have still bought the CR-V even if Ken hadn't worked with me on the price, but I'm glad he did. Overall, my experience with Performance Honda was outstanding! I give them an A+ for their customer service, professionalism, friendliness, their commitment to the customer, and the pricing of their vehicles. I will definitely recommend Performance Honda to everyone I know, and if I didn't love my job so much I would even try to get a job there! More

My daughter , wife and I showed up at Performance Honda 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday to check a couple of models out for size (I am 6’5” 300+ lbs) to determine if either would fit our needs. We decided we liked the Accord and took it for a test drive. Shane was pleasant the whole time and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and stayed late to let us test drive the car. When we got back with the car is when I was a little surprised. I told Shane I like the car but he didn’t give me the normal sales pressure. Usually the sales guy tries to get you to come in to make in and make a deal. But that did happen. I really appreciated that since I had yet to determine what price I was willing to pay for the car and I still wanted to do some more “research”. Later we went to some more dealers and drove some other models but we still liked the Accord the best so I did the research on the pricing and decided what we should pay. We went back to Performance again and asked to drive the car again and did. Came back and still no sales pressure from Shane. Negotiating the price was pretty painless. I ended up in the range I wanted. The Lack of sales pressure followed through the paper signing as well. They offered the customary extended warranty and other add-ons all the dealers do but they didn’t try to sell me on them. In fact all the paperwork was printed up with me rejecting them all so I didn’t have to wait?. Buying a car is a much more pleasant experience when you don’t feel like you’re getting pressured to buy. This is my 3rd Honda and my second from Performance Honda . It likely will not be my last. Pricing was good to know ahead of time. Joe Stenger, was the one reason for the great sales experience. Joe was patient, took the time to listen to what we wanted, did not try to put us into anything we were not interested in. That could have been the end the story but Joe had put our names in a wish list and when our car came in Joe called us we looked at the car and when I stated the price I was willing to pay Joe got the deal done. On a side not the day we bought the car just happened to be My wife's birthday and when we went to pick up the care Joe had a "Happy Birthday" banner on the windshield.
