This was my second purchase from Performance Honda. Since 2004, I have been taken care of the staff at Performance Honda. The Performance Honda Service Team (especially Brian Flick) is the reason I knew I wanted another Honda! They have taken great car of me over the past 7 years and I trust their service. When I walked into Performance Honda last week, Ken T. wasn't working, but his son, Cole T. stepped up to assist me. He was very knowledgeable about the CRV and provided a detailed orientation of the vehicle before I left the lot. He worked well with me and the business manager to offer me a deal I couldn't refuse! Cole had to order a retractable cover for the back of my CRV... which arrived in a timely manner... and we arranged a time that he could personally install this into my car. My new CRV made the trip to Gatlinburg for Thanksgiving... I was very appreciative of the smooth ride, heated seats, and XM radio for the road trip. More

I traded in a 2006 Toyota Rav4 for a 2011 Honda CR-V. I loved my Rav4 when I first purchased it, but I began to hate it after having so many difficulties with the dealership that I purchased from. Because of my bad experience, I was a little hesitant about trying to purchase again. But from the first email I sent to Performance Honda until the moment I drove off in my new CR-V, I knew I had made the right decision! I received a quick and friendly response from Conrad and Katie, they sent me the special internet pricing via email, I picked the vehicle that I wanted, and I scheduled an appointment to come in and test drive it. And I even filled out the internet credit application and was approved before I ever stepped foot into the showroom! When I arrived for my appointment, a salesman greeted me at the door and asked me how he could help me. When Conrad arrived he took me out to look at the CR-V's, explained everything about the vehicle to me, we went on a test drive, and before I knew it I was back at the table going over financing. Ken came out and explained the finance portion to me. He worked hard to get me the lowest monthly payment possible, and he even went on another test drive with me so that I could be sure that I was making the right decision. I never felt pressured to buy anything, but I got the impression that Honda really wanted my business. I felt appreciated! Even though I left to see what kind of deal Toyota would offer me, I had already made up my mind about the CR-V because I have always heard that Honda was the best car manufacturer, period! And honestly, I would have still bought the CR-V even if Ken hadn't worked with me on the price, but I'm glad he did. Overall, my experience with Performance Honda was outstanding! I give them an A+ for their customer service, professionalism, friendliness, their commitment to the customer, and the pricing of their vehicles. I will definitely recommend Performance Honda to everyone I know, and if I didn't love my job so much I would even try to get a job there! More

I had an excellent experience at Performance Honda with my new Accord purchase. I went through their internet department. My daughter , wife and I showed up at Performance Honda 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday to check a couple of models out for size (I am 6’5” 300+ lbs) to determine if either would fit our needs. We decided we liked the Accord and took it for a test drive. Shane was pleasant the whole time and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and stayed late to let us test drive the car. When we got back with the car is when I was a little surprised. I told Shane I like the car but he didn’t give me the normal sales pressure. Usually the sales guy tries to get you to come in to make in and make a deal. But that did happen. I really appreciated that since I had yet to determine what price I was willing to pay for the car and I still wanted to do some more “research”. Later we went to some more dealers and drove some other models but we still liked the Accord the best so I did the research on the pricing and decided what we should pay. We went back to Performance again and asked to drive the car again and did. Came back and still no sales pressure from Shane. Negotiating the price was pretty painless. I ended up in the range I wanted. The Lack of sales pressure followed through the paper signing as well. They offered the customary extended warranty and other add-ons all the dealers do but they didn’t try to sell me on them. In fact all the paperwork was printed up with me rejecting them all so I didn’t have to wait?. Buying a car is a much more pleasant experience when you don’t feel like you’re getting pressured to buy. This is my 3rd Honda and my second from Performance Honda . It likely will not be my last. Todd from finance was also exceptional; he answered any and all of my questions honestly and worked hard to find me a competitive rate to save me money.
