Any other salesmen would have kept me there to try and purchase the car that day. Larry helped me save the temporary tag fee when I purchased my new car. This was my second purchase from Performance Honda. Since 2004, I have been taken care of the staff at Performance Honda. The Performance Honda Service Team (especially Brian Flick) is the reason I knew I wanted another Honda! They have taken great car of me over the past 7 years and I trust their service. When I walked into Performance Honda last week, Ken T. wasn't working, but his son, Cole T. stepped up to assist me. He was very knowledgeable about the CRV and provided a detailed orientation of the vehicle before I left the lot. He worked well with me and the business manager to offer me a deal I couldn't refuse! Cole had to order a retractable cover for the back of my CRV... which arrived in a timely manner... and we arranged a time that he could personally install this into my car. My new CRV made the trip to Gatlinburg for Thanksgiving... I was very appreciative of the smooth ride, heated seats, and XM radio for the road trip. More
