At first I thought my overall buying experience was good, and that I was treated fairly. But a week after my purchase is when I realized that I had been taken. I told them that I had a interest rate at my credit union and I asked what theres was. I assumed that they would give you the best rate available, which I guess that is what I get for assuming. They did my financing through Fifth Third at 3.04%. A week later I found out that Honda was offering 1.9% on the car I had bought, the dealer never mentioned that rate to me. Come to find out Honda does not give a kick back to dealer unlike Fifth Third does. This deceiving practice cost me almost another thousand dollars in interest charges. I have a credit score of 812, so they can't say I didn't qualify. This kind of thing is what gives car dealers a bad name. They were not on the up and up. I would not recommend this dealer while they are being dishonest. More
