I walked into the dealership with an open mind about buying a new car and lots of questions. Jenny answered all my questions with ease while handling my gregarious dad. We wanted a CRV EX,but Rishard the knowledge he has is phenomenon .He upgraded us to an Exl with such knowledge you can only find with a Professional sales Person..Not only he explained the traction control how it works but also demonstrates with his body language and other stuff..Me and my husband were so impressed .. I just want to let you know that we have been to different Honda dealerships ,Rishard is a true sales person... You can ask him anything with no hesitations he will answer you .. My husband did lots of research ,actually my husband tested Rishard couple times he never failed... I just want to take my time to thank Rishard Benaidrene for everything he had done for us. Katie and Conrad were def working very hard to get my sale. They were persistent and stayed with me through the whole process. The customer service was great. The sales person knowledgeable in their inventory and sales. They found something in my budget and is probably the only sales person that has really listened to what knowledgeable in their inventory and sales. I only had to say what I needed and what fit my budget once and they found a perfect match for me. They worked with me through email and made the entire buying process simple. The sales person got back to me quickly with each question I had. Also the sales person had a great sense of humor and was very friendly. The finance officer made sure he explained each step and was willing to help in anyway he could. The management also made sure the process satisfactory by doing a followup email. The waiting area was comfortable and family friendly. Nice play area for the kids with games that kept them entertained. As well as plenty of drinks and a tv area. Made the buying process possible with a three year old! Would definitely recommend Performance Honda in Fairfield. I also felt like even though the car was already purchased they were still there to answer any questions. More than enough follow up emails and phone calls to make sure I was happy. More
We were very pleased with our experience at Performance CJD and our salesman, Drew Haag, went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. There were a few oversights at the time of delivery that should have been avoided but all-in-all, Drew provided outstanding customer service and I would recommend Drew to anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle. However, the financing of the vehicle was very disappointing. The F&I Manager, Dennis, was very professional and knowledgeable, but as we he presented the paperwork, we learned there is a $250.00 documentation fee charged by Performance PLUS $150.00 charged by the bank. Dennis explained the $250.00 documentation fee charged by Performance is the maximum amount allowed and "he doesn't see a penny of it". With that said, a total of $400.00 was charged for documentation and this was never disclosed until the signing process. If I purchase another vehicle from Performance, I will arrange my own financing vs. using the dealership's financing department. More
We came to Performance Honda to purchase a used car, Jenny showed us many on the computer and we looked at a few on the lot, not really satisfied with any, we went back inside to look up some more. When we got inside we noticed the Fit on the show room floor and saw that we could actually purchase a new car around the same price as a used car. We then left and went to other dealer ships and returned to Performance that same day. We then had a little more information on different cars available and we then looked at the Civic and noticed that for just a couple of thousand more that we could actually purchase a bigger car. Jenny was great working with us and her patience was amazing. My husband is not a easy man to please and he is hard of hearing and sometimes it takes a while to grasp what he is hearing. But Jenny was so patient and helps ease his concerns. Jenny seems to be a promising young lady and she hopefully will do well. I will definately give her name out to Family and Friends who may be looking for a car used or new. We kept Jenny at work late and she hung in there with us to the very end. We were in the lot and everyone had left, we were looking at the controls and items in the car. She drove past us on her way out to go home and she stopped to see if we were OK or if we needed anything. She made our experiance a pleasant one, and we will return the next time we have a need to purchase another car, or maybe just to say hi and see how she is doing. She provided great customer service, and we will never forget it. Rasu, was very informative when it came time to do all of the paper work. He also was patient with my husband who sometimes can be difficult to deal with. We were all tired and really wanted to go home so her made it as quick as possible I think. Ken, it was nice of him to come out and introduce him self to us when we were in the dealership the first time. However I really think that after someone purchases a car from any dealership it would be nice if the manager would come out again and shake the hands of the people that have just purchased the car from the dealership. Just good customer service, I have been in the customer service field for many years and it is very important to let customers know that you are there for them, especially when they have purchased a expensive item from you. My new Pilot is the fourth car I have purchased from Performance Honda. Why would I go anywhere else. My salesman Ed Obermeyer is a class act and true professional.
