When we first stopped at Performance, why just wanted information about Jeeps and didn't intend to buy. Phil went above and beyond to locate the vehicle with the exact options we wanted, brought it to the dealership, worked on our trade-in and eventually put a deal together for us. More
I went to Performance Honda to get an appraisal on my 2008 Honda Civic. I was almost immediately met by a salesman who introduced himself as Amit. I told him what I was looking for and what I was doing there. He asked me if I wanted to test drive a vehicle. I told him I didn't want to do that until I had an appraisal on my car. He took me into the dealership sat me at a desk and notified the manager. Within a short time I received my appraisal and we started looking. Amit was very patient as I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted and if I wanted something different. We test drove a couple vehicles and after some contemplating I decided what I wanted. We started the loan process and all was going well. Amit brought a monthly payment to me and I told him that was more than I was willing to pay per month. This went on for quite some time with Amit going back and forth from myself to the finance department. They worked deligently with me to get the price, and payment to what I was willing to pay. Finished all the paperwork the following day. I was so excited to drive my new car, but I let the woman who had sacrificed much, my Mom, drive it home. Thank you Performance Honda. I'll be back... Dealer was Ok, but did not really understand the college incentive, which caused me problems and almost made me return the car. I gave them email feedback and they still felt in their requuest for this fee incentive, which caused me problems and almost made me return the car. Be careful if buying a car here to ensure they dont try to change the terms after you do a deal and especially after you sign the contract. They tried to add on $500 in add-ons before I signed then after I had bought a civic and after driving it home and closing the deal, i was called a few days later to say I had to start paying 3 months earlier than planned due to a conflict in the financing rate vs the college discount rate which they didnt tell me when they used the college incentive as a sales tool to sell the car. I am not sure I would buy my next car from them with the issues this caused. More
Let's face it, buying a new car or truck is something most people truly want to avoid when it comes to the process. It can actually rate right up there to going to the dentist. That is one of the reaso most people truly want to avoid when it comes to the process. It can actually rate right up there to going to the dentist. That is one of the reasons we (my wife and I) have historically bought from GM as well as getting an employee (extended family member) discount. The process working with your internet sales team made the difference. I am enjoying my Ridgeline from Performance Honda and it the truck performs (as expected) you can count on us as a continued customer. My wife sure likes the CR-V! Brent More
