The sales team of Britt Bauer and Joe Jarvis were very sensitive to the time that I had available during the purchase of my 2011 Honda Pilot. This sales tactic by Britt made me want to see purchasing the Honda Pilot through Performance Honda. Britt and Joe answered every question from trade in to seeing me drive my used Pilot of the lot. Britt helped me to set up some of the hands free features that are equipped in the Pilot. He took the time after a very long day of a sales training to complete the process of sale. I had visited three other dealerships prior to my meeting with Megan. She is the first representative that really listened to my needs and helped me find the car to MEET those needs rather than trying to cha with Megan.
