I would say my overall experience has been very good. The sales rep are very friendly and provide excellent service. I had issue with finding a sales rep on first visit (may be people were too busy) but once sales rep are very friendly and provide excellent service. I was shopping for a car and had visited 3 other dealers, and after working with another dealer and sitting down with them to buy a car, they could not meet our price point. We were only asking for an $8 reduction in monthly payment and they would not work with us even though they were getting a great value on our trade-in. We had to walk out. The next morning I called a few other dealers. With no hesitation, Kristina she said she could work with what we needed to get. That was it. We walked in, filled out the paperwork and that was it. She even beat the other offers we had. I have nothing but the highest praise for Performance Honda and Kristina and would recommend that anyone who is looking for a car go to Performance Honda. Conrad was outstanding. He was honest, sincere and was out to meet our needs and wants. The sales staff worked with us on the sales negotiation even after a quite disapponting first trade in offer we came out to meet our needs and wants. Everyone introduced them selves and position except one, I believe sales manager who stepped into the negotiation and left both my wife and I wondering who the person was. Conrad unpon his return clarified and apologized for him. WE have bought cares from the Performance group over the years (Toyota) and found out that Performance Honda does a super job also. More
