After purchasing van, wrote a response to a letter asking me how my experience was. I had several questions I wrote back that were never answered. 5. Called Megan and asked her for something in writing stating they still owed us money for an Acura we traded in at time of purchase. She said she would get that to me in an email. Email never came. 6. Van was not ready still on July 9. It was purchased on June 29. Entertainment system was to be installed by Tuesday, July 3 at the latest while we were on vacation. We received an email that it was not ready on July 9. Overall, a very bad experience. More

We are so glad we happened upon Performance Honda! Amit Kumar greeted us at the sidewalk and was very professional and very easy to talk to answering all our questions, pointing out items we needed to know Kumar greeted us at the sidewalk and was very professional and very easy to talk to answering all our questions, pointing out items we needed to know and giving us all the time we needed to get to know the car. He took us back to get more gas when we needed to try it on the highway because we were pretty sure that it would be good for our trips to our daughter's college. He introduced us to Reed and Mike and made us feel at home with them and looked after the washing of the car with my allergy problems and settling of our old car as they worked with our budget and financing putting us at ease with no feeling of pressure. Our last experience of buying a car was with an ultra pressure stereotypical car salesman that left us with nightmares for several years ( and a car that died way earlier than expected) and made us very hesitant to want to do it again and after coming to Performance Honda and working with Amit it is so good to know that there are good people in the world who are there for you. He put us so much at ease and it was such a relief to get a good car we could afford. On this car search we had only begun to look the weekend before, stopping in at Superior Honda to see three cars that were already gone from the lot though the information was still on their site. No one greeted us, we had to go find someone. They told us they would call if anything came on the lot and we never heard from them again. There was a different feeling about Performance Honda just coming in and getting out of the car that was more peaceful and calm and Amit greeted us at the sidewalk. We could already tell it was going to be a different kind of experience. We are so glad we happened upon Performance Honda! And we have already been telling family and friends about our "new" car and how wonderful Amit and all their group is and about the awards Performance Honda won and their commitment to service and their customers. We are so glad they were just around the corner and working to have the kind of place and car buying experience most people only wish to have! More
I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer. I did not feel pressure at all and she was very willing to work with me to see that we both got what we wanted.
