They not only beat the previous dealer quote I brought in by $250 in the total price of the car, but they also beat the terms of the sale (APR, # of months) to the point where my final monthly payment was $8 less than my previous/trade-in monthly payment -- one of my many goals of the deal, having had $3K in negative equity on my trade-in. (I had requested just under the NADA value of my car as the trade-in value, and both dealers matched that value after a test drive.) I initiated contact via Edmunds.com quote request. Both Andrew and Megan were very friendly, as well as Phillip. All provided additional information re Hondas and my trade-in, that pushed me off the fence to make the purchase, after having visited two Honda dealers in the area previously, with lots of frustration and no resulting sale I could live with. (One of them pushed leasing when I didn't even want it, stating that I wanted to buy.) The finance manager was nice, not pushy at all like at some dealers, despite the fact it was after 9PM when we signed all the paperwork. The final numbers were better than the paperwork Megan had shown me in the showroom; final monthly payment was $4 lower than what was on the showroom quote. (In past instances, the number has always been a few $ more, so this was a refreshing surprise, as well.) Joe Jarvis also gave me a voucher for free 1st and 6th oil change, and Megan provided an ample supply of free lifetime car washes at the dealer for the life of the car, stating I could get free additional ones once I've used all the ones I currently have. I love my new Honda Civic LX. I had originally wanted a hybrid. That not only proved to be pricey, but the cost to replace the batteries that I got as a quote from my mechanic was $6K; Megan had made mention of the same point during our negotiations. I love the mpg rating which is just shy of the Civic Hybrid mpg rating by just a few mpg. I highly recommend Performance Honda as their final stop for purchasing a vehicle, to my family, friends, and other consumers seeking the best deal they can find. More

We were given a very nice introduction to all of the options on our vehicle after we purchased it. We will definitely shop here again! More

After purchasing van, wrote a response to a letter asking me how my experience was. I had several questions I wrote back that were never answered. 5. Called Megan and asked her for something in writing stating they still owed us money for an Acura we traded in at time of purchase. She said she would get that to me in an email. Email never came. 6. Van was not ready still on July 9. It was purchased on June 29. Entertainment system was to be installed by Tuesday, July 3 at the latest while we were on vacation. We received an email that it was not ready on July 9. Overall, a very bad experience. More
