I spent my entire weekend trying to negotiate a second lease on a Toyota Corolla. The salesmen I dealt with at Toyota were more interested in playing games than giving me a fair deal. Jim was quite engaging and informative - He was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions both in the used and new car space (I was looking at both used and new vehicles). I've been a 20+ year customer of Performance Honda and the service, product and overall satisfaction has been consistently very goood over the years. The only opportunity area I would suggest is to ease up on the pressure from the finance guy on pushing the expensive and extended warranties. More

Shane went out of his way to treat me we courtesy and respect. He listened to what I wanted, told me the pros and cons of all of the products, and then left the decision to me. Last week was our third time to lease from Performance Honda in Fairfield and each time, we have been treated friendly and fair. It's always a pleasure to deal with Roger Sheldon because he speaks clearly and honestly - and we appreciate that quality the very most. I remember when I was fresh out of college going to purchase my first car. The amount of anxiety and fear of the unknown was something I thought that I would face my whole life-time. But now that I have found a place to purchase cars for me and my family in a warm/welcome store, I can't imagine buying cars anywhere else. My second area of satisfaction is definitely with the service team. We regularly return for oil changes and other maintanence needs over the course of our lease. I am always greated kindly and treated with respect. Now that I have reflected upon this third leasing experience, Performance Honda is like family to us - and that means alot. My mom and dad are older now and still like their van, but I know that the lower ride and space inside the Odyessy will better meet their needs. Time for another trip for Performance Honda! And next year when our twins start driving and they inherit my car...back to Performance Honda again! I will have to say that overall, from that first inital "hello" to the last "here's the key to your new van" moment with Roger Sheldon is my favorite part of the entire experience. Joe Stenger rocks! Working 60 hours a week I did not have the time to spend at a dealership. I told Joe what I wanted over the phone and he made it happen. I came in, signed papers and drove away with have the time to spend at a dealership. I told Joe what I wanted over the phone and he made it happen. I came in, signed papers and drove away with my new Honda Civic. Love it! I spent less than an hour at the dealership. My Civic came with a full tank of gas and the all weather floor mats.
