I started my search online looking at several dealers for a CR-V. From the beginning Wesley was very helpful and did not pressure me at all. He gave me the price of the vehicle and was very upfront. I told him I was talking to other dealers and would make a decision once I had all my information. The price from this dealer was the lowest I received and based on my research was very reasonable. Wesley followed up with me the next day to see if I had finished talking to the other dealers and we setup a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions. Once we got to the table the price was what he quoted me on the phone and there were no surprises. I had to leave the vehicle overnight as I had remote start installed. The next day Wesley was there to greet me and take me to my car. He showed me how to work the remote start that I had installed, answered additional questions I had, and made sure I was ready to go before saying goodbye. The service department that installed my remote start did a great job. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I really appreciate the time, patience, and overall helpfulness of Wesley. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Performance Honda and I highly recommend them. More

My goal was to buy and negotiate my new Honda Accord online thru email. I succeeded with this venture with the assistance of Megan Klopfstein. Megan was great, attentive, nice and receptive to my special needs and timeframe. Although she had never sent an official offer thru PDF file in the past, Megan did this for me. Their price was the best in the city by $1000 on new 2013 Honda Accord EX. I negotiated the price through email and received the official offer thru PDF file. I made an appointment the next day to inspect car and sign papers. Megan had the car ready and the entire transaction was completed in less than an hour ( including financing). I would recommend Performance Honda to anyone looking to negotiate and buy a car online. It was great, quick, and easy for my busy schedule. More
Megan went above and beyond for me on this vehicle purchase. She stayed later than her shift...way later, and everyone was very accomodating and kind. It was tough because we were NOT wanting to purchase a car, but we HAD to because the other had "died". So in a hurry, and already overwhelmed, everyone came together to make it a pleasant experience in spite of. I can't say enough for all of the back and forth that Megan did for us to get us the best deal she could. The sales manager was also wonderful. They explained everything in detail and we felt we were helped in all aspects. Richard was so kind to stay around as well so we could close on the deal that night. I appreciate him so much for staying as well. Everyone deserves a huge thank you!! (As a FORMER part-time employee, I felt like I was taken care of just like any other customer would have been.) More
I had been looking for a car for my Mom for over a month. Performance had exactly what she was looking for and they were so accommodating in helping me secure the car for her. I had contacted the Certified Used Car Center and I told Brendan Bettis exactly what my Mom wanted in a car and her price range. I had been on the dealership's website and knew they had a few cars that might work. When I arrived Brendan was very accommodating and had one of the cars that I was interested cleaned and ready to go for a test drive. Brendan was very professional and knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. After the test drive I knew the Honda Accord was something my Mom would be interested in so Brendan took me in and I met Dave Berning the sales manager. He was absolutely wonderful as well and told me he would help in anyway possible to get the deal done for my Mom. I had to contact my Mom for her thoughts and then called Dave back and told him that she was interested in buying the car. When my Mom and Step Dad arrived to pick up the car Brendan was very attentive and patient in helping my Mom get through the whole paperwork process. Brendan took care of my parents as if they were his parents!! The paperwork was quick and painless as it could be for purchasing a car. Thanks to all of the people at Performance Honda for making what is usually a stressful process a pain free experience. More
I am pleased to report that searching for a leased 2013 Honda Civic last weekend (November 23, 2013) at this classy dealership was as painless and uncomplicated an experience as was our first visit to this Honda Civic last weekend (November 23, 2013) at this classy dealership was as painless and uncomplicated an experience as was our first visit to this establishment ,in late 2005, when we purchased an Odyssey. Just as Conrad Barnes before him, Joe Stenger was as informative, friendly, and helpful a salesman as you will find anywhere. He answered all our questions and worked with us with great patience and skill. I didn't hink anyone could equal Conrad's impressive workmanship, but Joe certainly did. We will not hesitate to use this dealership again - in fact we will return in three years when we turn in the Civic for a new leased vehicle. Thank you, Joe Stenger, and all at Performance Honda! Jennifer Gladwell....100% customer satisfaction....friendly, helpful, knowledgeable....Now for the problems...I love the internet and everything Jenny did was top notch, but there were satisfaction....friendly, helpful, knowledgeable....Now for the problems...I love the internet and everything Jenny did was top notch, but there were a few problems that had nothing to do with her. We met with finance guy and he was very impersonable, just kind of like sign the papers and lets go. He had the interest rate wrong, being finance guy should know the current offers out there, I did and I don't work there...he had us at 1.9 instead of 0.9, he had to reprint that form....Second he wrote out odometer statement as 166 and when jenny was showing us how to work blue tooth I noticed the mileage was 54, so went back in and he was standing watching Bengals game, explained to him and we walked to his door where I stood behind him for a good 2-3 minutes while he watched bengals game from his door. He pulled the paper that someone had wrote the mileage for him and it said 54 and not 166. he never offered an apology and just said we have to redo a few of these sheets so your wife will need to come back in. we now were able to go out with Jenny and she put our tags on and we were on our way. Next we wanted a remote start (Honda genuine part) paid for it and then received a call today that we were unable to get because would not work on our car, I do not hold jenny responsible for this but someone should have checked this out or let employees know that this wont work before charging me. Jenny was on top of it and ended up getting me the rear cargo cover for the difference from honda remote start to aftermarket. Something else about Raus, I have purchased 5 new cars in my lifetime and have never been asked why I chose not to buy extended svc plan. I really paid for it anyways and I could have gotten it online for 119.00 at genuine Honda accessories website, but I went ahead and said ok. Last thing is Jenny set up svc apt for Tuesday and arranged rental car for remote start to be put on, when wife arrived rental company had no knowledge and wife once again had to wait around while they figure something out, they did find the paperwork Jenny had provided. I did not go back to Kings because of poor customer svc, and now wondering if have made the right decision with Performance, and I understand they are a sister dealership. We originally found the automobile online which offered a free car fax. It seemed to be exactly what we have been looking for. I called to confirm that the vehicle was still available. We advised we be arriving within a couple hours. By the time we arrived the vehicle was parked outside the door and was available for viewing. Britt was very willing to answer all questions and after a test drive we continued to close the sale. We then worked with Richard who was extremely thorough while confirming our financing. Our overall experience was very pleasant and would enjoy doing business with them again. More
I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord sedan, 6-speed manual from Performance Honda. Overall my experience with this dealership is positive. I was able to negotiate the selling price and loan terms via email, which is a huge plus for me. Megan was very patient and had no problem using email. I did have to spend some time negotiating my trade-in but this is pretty typical. I was able to sign all the necessary paperwork and pick the car up the following morning. It was ready as soon as I arrived at the dealership. The reason I did not give this dealership a 5-star rating is my car is missing a small plastic cover on the plastic cowl directly underneath the front windshield. It's a small rectangular shaped opening in which a clip would be placed to attach the plastic cowl to the body of the car. The missing cover piece would then cover this opening. I did not notice it was missing until I arrived home and promptly contacted Megan. She has been very responsive in ordering a replacement piece and sending it to me. However, I am not sure if a clip should be in place as well and this piece shouldn't have been missing to begin with. Overall I recommend this dealership and would gladly work with Megan in the future!! More
