Performance Honda was picked over the other local Honda/ Toyota dealers in the area for three simple reasons. The first reason was they had the vehicle I was looking for. The second was they beat out the pr Toyota dealers in the area for three simple reasons. The first reason was they had the vehicle I was looking for. The second was they beat out the price of their competition. They gave us their bottom line when the other dealerships were either not responsive, or wavered in what they could offer. The third and most important reason was their sales person. As it worked out I was introduced to Joe Stenger. He was fair, and didn't try to do the smoke and mirror routine as many sales people do. He gave us honest answers to our questions. He impressed me in respect to his care for the customer. He also did a great job in his follow ups during and after the sale. Overall he did a great job working with us. I've owned my Honda Ridgeline for two months now, and Joe still takes the time out of his busy day to touch based, and check on how my vehicle is performing. I believe if you do your research prior to making a purchase, and find the right dealership that is lucky enough to have the right sales person like Joe. Then it is a successful formula for both the dealership in respect to repeat sales, and the individual regarding complete customer satisfaction. More
