Buying a vehicle from Performace Honda was the WORST car buying experience we have ever had. We would not recommend buying a car from Performance Honda to anyone! The process of test driving and purchasing buying experience we have ever had. We would not recommend buying a car from Performance Honda to anyone! The process of test driving and purchasing the vehicle went smoothly, but everything after that was a nightmare. We purchased our vehicle on a Friday and left it there over the weekend for the vehicle inspection and was told to pick it up on Monday. We received a phone call Monday that there was an issue with the sliding door of our van and they were fixing it, and it would be ready that afternoon. We picked up the van that day and when we brought it home we tried to open the sliding door and the door was clearly not fixed. To make a long story short, we made 6 separate trips to the dealership to get the door "fixed." This normally would not be an issue but we live one hour away, one way; and we have a toddler and an infant that we had to make the trip with every single time. They would not reimburse us for fuel, they claimed the door was fixed and every time we showed up to pick up the van, the door was still not working correctly. The last trip to pick up the van, they put maybe a half tank of gas in the van for us and told us the door "not working" was a safety mechanism. Strangely the other door works flawlessly. They basically said they're not doing anything more to the van and we are left with a door that only works part of the time. The entire experience has been terrible. We have tried calling the GM several times with no returned phone calls. There is obviously no respect or consideration for their customers. We will 100% never purchase a vehicle from Performance Honda again. We are not the type of people to write reviews, especially negative ones but with the experience we had and the lack of consideration and communication we've been shown, we felt it needed to be said. Save yourself the headache, learn from our mistake, and look for a vehicle elsewhere. More

Noticed a coolant leak and pointed out it may be a water pump. Was told by the salesman f it was that they'd fix it. Got it checked at another shop before buying and it was a leaky thermostat, along with pump. Was told by the salesman f it was that they'd fix it. I agreed and when I picked it up it wasn't ready. The salesman showed me the car in the shop, brakes torn apart, and said it would be ready the next day. I pick it up and it was detailed and had a bag Full of beer cozies with their logo on them in the passenger seat. I thought something might be wrong when I hadn't asked for all of that. The next day I put on the emergency brake and it went to the floor with no resistance. Called the dealer and complained and they said they'd get back with me. A week later no call back. We talked with the other salesman and the same thing happened. We finally got ahold of one of them and they said the contract only mentioned replacing pads. We went up to a gm to rxplain what happened and the shop manager called back and took it in to get it fixed. It took close to a month because of a part order backlog. When I got it back, the parts were installed but not adjusted and still didn't work. Didnt bother coming back because they obviously dont know how to work on cars. Only go here if you want to get lied to, given the run around, and sold unsafe cars. More
