Very poor sales service. Walked into dealership to buy a vehicle. I stood in showroom waiting for someone to speak to me. I ended up going to service department and asking the young lady I had dealt with in the past. She brought me back to showroom and introduced me to a saleswoman. I told her I knew what vehicle I wanted and would like to test drive it. First I was told they didn't have one in that color and I assured her I had just looked at it on the lot. I felt I was a burden from the beginning and should have walked out. I test drove the vehicle while they looked at my trade in. I had already done my research and gotten a satisfactory price over the Internet. When she found this out she seemed even more disinterested. I was asked if I needed to call my husband to ok things with him, which i found very degrading. She brought another gentleman to do the trade in deal and basically said here look at this paper and fill it out and someone will be with you shortly. Other Salesman were talking to their customers going over what the dealership has to offer, the service department, is there any questions about your new vehicle? I was left to sit and stare then taken to sign papers, more than 2 hours later I had to find her in her office to remind her that I was still there waiting for my vehicle. Then she checked on it. Another 35 minutes I was told it was ready but she didn't have time to show me any features on the vehicle as she was working on another sale. The Internet Sales person took me to the car basically paired my phone a couple of other things and sent me on my way. I called the sales manager and informed him of the situation and was told he would have her call and apologize. I still haven't received that. I called again and was given a different sales manager and was told it wouldn't do any good to have her apologize. I had to 3 1/2 weeks later call and ask where my title was at. Overall not a good sales staff to deal with and don't care about their customers satisfaction. I would never recommend this dealership! More
The best car buying experience ever Originally purchased a new car from Jeff Wyler, WHAT A MISTAKE !!!! Had 2 scratches in bumper, waited a week for the car to be repaired, Didn't deliver, so I backed out on the deal. Went to Performance Honda the next evening a few minutes before closing time, Talked to Dave Berning and Brandon Odom about the exact car I was looking for. A few minutes later had it pulled up for me to look at. Dave Called back the next morning, advised me everything was all set, A few hours later, I pulled up to the dealership, and I was amazed that they had my car with a sign in the front windshield with my name in big bold letters. Eric Meyer in Sales took the time and went over the car in detail and answered any questions I had. Roger Hahn from Finance, was very helpful going overall the warranty options with me. Dave, Brandon , Eric, and Roger went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my car buying experience was EXCEPTIONAL. Simply the best customer service experience in the purchase of a vehicle you will ever find is at Performance Honda in Fairfield. More
Very pleasant buying experience. My wife and I had a very pleasant buying experience at Performance Honda mainly due to our Sales Person, Marissa Bowman. Dave Berninig Our family had a horrible experice at this dealership. Before we were even able to compare quotes from a different dealership, Dave had told us that he was not desperate for our business and that we should leave. All of this was in result to a price comparison we had received from a different dealer. We are a current owner of a new Honda and we were so excited to get another new Honda once again. Dave was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Not only did he cause a scene in the waiting area, but also in front of our young family. We will not be returning to this dealership nor will we refer any of our family or friends to visit there either. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership thanks to Dave. More

Poor Service all around at Performance Honda Fairfield I have been to this service center two times and both times I had a very bad experience. I drive a brand new 2016 van, it is impeccably maintained it I have been to this service center two times and both times I had a very bad experience. I drive a brand new 2016 van, it is impeccably maintained it and I keep it in a garage all the time. I have had two problems, one with the van door that would close on it's own with a bent mechanism that they wanted to charge me to fix (even though it was still under warranty that the Honda Coleraine was able to fix while i was waiting in less than an hour). Performance honda wanted to charge me over $250 dollars and keep it over a day for parts. Chris Nupert was my service adviser and made the problem appear like it was my fault and spoke to me like I was ignorant. The second time i brought my vehicle was with a problem with my keys auto locking in the car. Once again chris was unable to help since he would not replicate the problem in the shop. Dan, the service manager said he cannot throw parts at a problem he doesnt know how to fix. He sent me away and told me it "probably wont happen again." Not only did i feel once again like the problem is my fault, they inconvenienced me, made me wait a very long time, and their customer service was severally lacking. Lastly. all oil changes take much longer than an hour and wait times are terrible. I dont feel like i was treated like a valuable customer. I do not plan to go there ever again. If you want qaulity service with technicians that care and actually know what they are doing, i would NOT take your honda to thier service department. After explaining my issues with honda corporate, they told me to take it to another dealership as well. More

I called and the guy in service who answered said Dan Beahr (the service manager) was in a meeting but he was next in charge. I explained the situation to him and he told me the tires were not rotated because they were brand new and didn't need it, that they must have forgotten to remove it from the bill. He then told me that he would refund the $20 +/- but the receptionist would call me when she became available... She never called... That was Monday. I called again that Friday and Dan was available. I told him the same story and he said he hadn't a clue why the tires were not rotated, but offered to rotate them if i brought my vehicle in. I told him it was a waste of my time to drive 30 minutes to get something done that i had already paid for to be done previously, and was told it would be refunded. He then told me that he couldn't refund my money until he looked at the car. ???? More

I told him what I was looking by he seemed disinterested. Things began to take a turn when he became very flirtatious and to personal. If this is his sales tactic, then he needs to understand this is very unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable and decided it was best to leave. I was disappointed and felt if I had a professional salesman I would have stayed. More
