Brett Butler was a very nice salesman. Our salesman, Brett Butler was very helpful even after we had purchased the new vehicle. He wasn't pushy like salesman I have dealt with in the past. Ran credit without approval I am so angry!!I already got approved from my Bank that I have all my autos with. I told this salesman not to run my credit because I already have an I am so angry!!I already got approved from my Bank that I have all my autos with. I told this salesman not to run my credit because I already have an approval from bank and that I’m buying a house and never wanted my credit pulled again even if dealer offering 0% rate. That being said, I test drive the car and had them speak with my bank and finalize the payment. Few minutes later I received a call from the salesman saying they’ve gotten everything they needed from my bank and that I should comeback pick the car. Again, the finance guy came to me to talk about financing with Honda as I reiterated that my bank is financing the car and never would want anyone to run my credit at this time. The sales rep and finance guy both said no no we won't run your credit since we have recieved everything from your bank. Four days after, I got a call from my mortgage financing company saying I was no longer qualified for a loan because my credit was hard pulled by some PERFORMACE place. Immediately, I called the dealership to ask why they would pull my credit without authorizations or consent?? What the rationale was? WAS I BEING PROFILED FOR BUYING A BRAND NEW CAR?? Why would such happen after reiterated severally? I have contacted my lawyer and a case is being developed. Also, there’s an audio of the manager conflicting himself. This practice is terrifying, they just took me for granted. More

I've had awful dealer encounters before with condescending and pushy salesmen, so I braced myself for the worst when we went in last week. Brett was kind, helpful, genuine, and knowledgeable. He was straightforward and patient and not pushy at all. He had none of that "salesman" personality I have such a distaste for and he went above and beyond to put us at ease. Nothing about the experience felt uncomfortable or shady and I didn't feel like he was trying to get one over on us. Overall we are very happy and we're already discussing returning later in the year for our next car. We definitely recommend Brett and Performance Honda for a stress-free car buying experience. More

Car shopping I had recently wrecked my car and had to buy a new one pretty quickly. Prior to walking over to performance Honda I went to performance Toyota and wal I had recently wrecked my car and had to buy a new one pretty quickly. Prior to walking over to performance Honda I went to performance Toyota and walked around in their parking lot and inside their building for over an hour and nobody even greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything so I walked over to performance Honda and was immediately greeted and welcomed by everyone in the show room as well as when I was looking in the lot. The representative that helped us, Brett, was fantastic! He was so patient and kind and never once made me feel pressured to get something. I ended up with an Accord and love it! Thanks for everything Brett! You guys were amazing! More
